Several problems with this Lowes. Not a lot of employees in the aisles, so difficult to find an associate. I needed to have some pipe cut, and waited about 5 minutes to get assistance, then 30 minutes for assistance from someone who knew how to run it. Nobody could figure out how to run the machine. Then the power went out and the whole store was confused.

We were able to get lots of cool lighting at great prices. Their selection of indoor and outdoor residential lighting varied in styles that rivaled IKEA’s collection. They also had a pretty cool key machine that allows you to make your own without waiting for an associate. The customer service personal were extremely helpful and willing to assist. The ONLY down side was there was 1 checker up front with a line down the aisle.

Very convenient to where I reside. Hours are great and typically I can find what I need. Pricing has been competitive and the store overall is well maintained. I’ve never encountered a shopping moment where I have not been greeted and ask if I needed help. There are times I wish they had self check out like their competitors but overall, the lines have not been to long nor the wait and that I can appreciate!

Service blows: 3-guys at the paint counter but 2 stated the have«checked out for lunch» at 10:30am this Saturday morning. After buying my paint I was told there are no stir-sticks, they do not offer them free or not. Yes, another reason to go to The Home Depot or Ace Hardware.
