this Lowes is supposed to be installing hardie siding and pella windows on my neighbors house. The front of her house has been torn up for weeks; makes our neighborhood look very bad. I ask her if she would have it fixed and she told me that Lowes nor the contractor that they contracted to install the siding will return her phone calls… and she has already paid for the job…

I’ve encountered the worst customer service in this store. On three separate occasions, an employee was suppose to call me the following day to update me on a special order, yet I have yet to receive any calls. The only saving grace this store has is a manager, Adam, who assists me when he is there. I guess, other than Adam, the rest of the store doesn’t realize that there is a Home Depot just down the road.
