This place has horrible customer service. And also horrible nail techs. I got my nails done on Saturday and my nails started to come off on the following Monday and when I went back to ask for a refund they said they don’t give money back. Never go here.

Not friendly never offer water or drink unless they know you… and NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK… I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. and SLOW AS HELL. I question their licensure

My friend and I needed pedicures in the worst way and decided to come here. It was over an hour until closing and there were three people ahead of us so we expected to wait a little.
We were not greeted when we arrived, we shrugged it off, signed in and sat down. I noticed there were not many techs which is odd for a Saturday. We continued to wait, one lady would check the list, look at those if us waiting, put the list down, and went back to whatever she was doing. A little communication, please? We were waiting with cool people and chatting so that helped as we waited. Finally we had to speak up and ask how long was the wait, didn’t get a straight answer. We eventually left and we were not the only ones.
The salon is beautiful and prices are reasonable. The turnoff was lack of communication. They must do excellent work because a few were sitting it out until their turn came. I would try again and definitely go early in the day when they probably have more staff on board.
