Bought living social deal in December then scheduled cleaning through their website the same day. Cleaning crew never arrived. Called and scheduled another cleaning through the answering service and cleaning crew never showed. Left messages through voicemail, email, and thier website without company making any attempt to contact me to resolve the situation. Unprofessional scammers and I will have to seek to get money back through Living Social.

Magnifi Scent Clean was a Magnifi Scent disappointment in professional conduct and service. First we could never get anyone to answer the phone we are taking 25 calls before we got one answer. Then we set appointment and guess what no show, no call no follow up. Another 18 calls later we find out the customer service rep did not confirm or take down right information (really) so silly us said ok let give it another shot so we set up another appointment this pass Friday and you would not believe it cause we did not they fail to show did not answer our calls and so we requested a refund. Note I would not use these people if they offered to do my house for free and gave me a trip to Spain what losser. I give them a year before they are out of Biz.
