OMG! Ali is «the neck whisperer». He worked my giraffe neck with surgeon precision. He provided exactly what I wanted and needed. Then he took tender, love and care of the rest of my parts to ensure I was left like «a bowl full of jelly». It was so good I didn’t know if I should kiss him, cry or roll over and smoke a cig. Damn Him! I had to sign up for the monthly pass to keep up this affair! Don’t forget to check out the Groupon!
This is my second review but if I post it then it will erase my 1^st review and I want Ali to keep his praises… Now I have to say that Foxy was Rock-​sy!!! I just had the best eyebrow wax ever. Goodbye nail salon waxers from hell! Happy to find someone that loves her trade and cares about her customer. This place is legit!

My husband and I got a Groupon and were accommodated with appointments same day. Super easy to schedule services, hours are made with customers in mind seeing as some locations are open until 10:00 PM! The massages were customized to our needs and they set up the couple’s room for us as well even though it was a Groupon! No skimping, they served us as if we paid full price. The facility was modern, clean, relaxing. Staff was wonderful! Bobby did my massage and I asked for deep tissue with some trigger point therapy. He knew right where to go and how much pressure to apply to release my tension and knots. I purchased a package and am about to head back for a facial! Love this place!!!

Great place! I don’t have the luxury to get massages all the time maybe about once a year, but I’ve been to many different parlors and this is by far the best :) definitely recommend! The receptionist said they are expanding to frisco/​Mckinney area soon! I used a groupon special for my visit.

I found this wonderful establishment on Google. I just wanted to treat my beloved fiancé to a nice relaxing message. She really enjoyed the services Ali provided. The outstanding service provided by the management, Christina and staff is phenomenal! You will not be disappointed! Just relax!

I absolutely rave about this place to everyone! Very clean, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
I signed up for the membership because my massage I received from Ali was outstanding. I have never fallen asleep during one, and he had me completely relaxed! He understands what you want and he lets you do the talking about how you want your massage and he listens.
They have this awesome dry water jet massage bed. Amazing! You lay on this bed and control the water pressure and speed as it moves from your feet to your head and back down.
I have only had one bad experience… I was reading the comments down below about someone not liking their massage because technique was just strange and I think I know exactly who they are talking about. Horrible experience. Just so happen that I had the worst work week, many tears that week and lots of stress. I had completely forgotten my monthly appointment was on the weekend and I thought perfect timing. I switched from a facial to a massage so I could relax and forget about my bad week. I didn’t use my normal guy, and completely regretted it. This persons Technique was strange, seemed like they didn’t know how to move the blankets without exposing my half naked body, COMPLAINED because my hair was down, and to top it off they would not stop talking!!! I don’t know about you but I think of a massage as relaxing and quite… No not this one. They were loud, opening the cabinets and closing them to get the hot towels was so loud, and the talking. I wouldn’t even respond or I was very short with my words and they didn’t take the hint! When we were doing my consultation before they wouldn’t even let me explain how I wanted the massage, kept asking me if I was sick, any disease, and if I skin rashes. I thought ok I could understand that. But after they kept asking and asking I got very annoyed!
I’m still leaving five stars because my bad experience was completely turned around. I was asked how my massage was by the front desk and I let them know how much I hated it. Then with the stress of my week and that horrible experience I bursted into tears. All I wanted was to relax after a horrible work week. I was extremely embarrassed, but sometimes you just need to cry. I was comforted and then offered a facial. Completely relaxed me and did a fabulous job! They really turned my experience around, I was able to get the relaxation I was looking forward too. I really can not thank them enough for the extra effort that was given right away!
I enjoy coming here, and very appreciative that my bad experience was turned around. They didn’t have to do anything but they made it so much better. I highly recommend Massage Luxe

I recently relocated to Dallas. I’ve lived & gotten massages all over the states. It’s always hard finding new places & therapists. I requested someone that is great with deep tissue, as I have a lot of back & neck pain. They set me up with TRAVIS & he has been a blessing! I now look forward to going in as often as I can…& I always leave relaxed & refreshed. I highly recommend going there. The manager Christina was also helpful in explaining everything to me.

I found this place on Groupon, they had a really good special ($ 26 for 1 ½ massage plus 15 min hydro bed). Making my appointment was easy. Christina was super helpful and made sure my experience was well over perfect. I signed up to do this monthly which is only $ 59 and I can use that hydro bed for free everyday if I want.
I like a good firm massage so I recommend Bobby (he has hands like JESUS). I walked out feeling like new money!
Overall the staff is amazing and I’m glad I stumbled upon this place.

Had a deep tissue massage by Stacey and she is fabulous! Highly recommend! She really knows her stuff and you can tell she enjoys her job. Very nice place, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Deducting one star because the manager had a bit of an attitude afterwards when I declined to sign up for the monthly plan. The receptionist was friendly though.

My massage was not good at all. Nice, clean place and thoughtful staff. The lady was old and sweet however the massage was strange and the technique seemed random. I have had several massages and this was probably the worst. It’s possible I just got unlucky and got a bad masseuse. Not worth even the groupon.

I travel a lot so my body hurts constantly. I got a coupon in the mail for $ 35 for a 1 hr massage so I decided to try this place out. They were able to get me in within two hours.
I was nicely surprised when I realized I’d been paired with my old massage therapist from two years ago (from another establishment.) I actually canceled my massage membership when he left the company because nobody else was as good as him. Some secrets are best left untold — it’s only a matter of time before I’m no longer able to get an appointment with him. However, I want this business to succeed since they just opened in April. So here you go… ALI is simply amazing! He also works at a rehabilitation/​physical therapy office. He knows the body, the pressure points, how to work out the knots. He gives a wonderful therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage or whatever kind of massage you need.
If you keep the membership for at least two months, there’s no cancellation fee. For $ 58.88 mo, you get a 1 hr standard massage (deep tissue, Swedish, or prenatal) or a 1 hr Luxe facial. They also offer specialty massages for a slight up charge. You can also opt for the $ 88.88 package and get a 2 hr massage or 1 hr VIP (4 layer) facial.
With any membership, you get free 15 minute Hydro massage sessions. You can come in every day if you like. It was a nice perk after an already relaxing massage. It’s supposed to help with blood flow and loosening tight muscles. What is it you ask? Well, it’s warm water Hydro jets massaging you from head to toe as you lay on this rubberized bed (you stay dry of course.) You control the speed, the pressure and can even change the zones for those troublespots. It’s not as good as a massage but its worth stopping in for a couple times a week if I’m driving by.
