McDonald’s

The employees are very nice, but this is the slowest drive through ever! This is the second time it’s taken more than 15 minutes to get through the line. I’m not sure what can be done. I’m giving 2 stars just because the employees are kind and really seem like they are sincere when they apologize for the delay.

I cannot say anything about the interior because I only ordered from drive-​thru several times.
It usually takes forever to make an order and wait in the line and get your food. Heck an average non-​fast-​food restaurant is faster than this. I can sit in the line and my vehicle’s engine can burn a gallon of gas while waiting for one breakfast burrito.
In some occasions, the food is poorly packaged and/​or cooked. As if (metaphorically) the workers were taking a nap and then realized they don’t have much time so they done it in a hurry.

I wish there were negative star it would be –10. My review is not based off of one experience but several. Slow service something always missing. The only reason I even go there is when the kids want McDonald’s but I want taco cabana or whataburger. Place sucks. Always has.

This McDonalds is truly amazing. What I love is they have a sense of urgency to get your order out. Sometimes they get really busy but I understand if it takes a bit to get my order to me. I usually go during the day around 3:00 when I go so their pretty busy but I’m a patient. I love the employees because their funny and treat you like they know you. One week me and my friend went every single day to work on a project and on the 3^rd day one of the employees even came to eat with us. All the workers are friendly and that’s amazing. Keep it up guys.

They have good service. I come here most of the time to use their free wifi. I bring my kids and they play in the indoors playground. They have clean restrooms and everything is always clean.

Slow service and will short change you. make sure to count your change especially if you go late (early) They will tell you the credit card system is down… also mess up on your order if you need it done specially. Only ordered two things, small fry and a mcdouble with only mayo and pickles. should have been $ 2.14. Gave a $ 5 and only got $ 1.42 back. should have been $ 2.86 change. In the scheme of things $ 1.44 short change isn’t a lot but when they are shorting you more than your change then that’s ridiculous. Probably thought we were drunk or something (just finished doing laundy at a 24 hour laundromat). Also they put onions on the burger when it was only supposed to have two things on it (not including the meat, cheese, bread). I would not recommend this place for 3am late night snacking.
