I never even got to see Dr. Meltzer because his office staff were so incredibly rude. The receptionist was bored, rude, and had dirty fingernails. They told me my insurance did not cover contacts (wrong) and they were huffing and rolling their eyes the entire time I was filling out paperwork and speaking with them. One of them said «Your insurance covers contacts and we take your insurance but it doesn’t cover this.»
I couldn’t believe it. I definitely will never be back.
