This company has the worst attitude and service. You have NO WAY to get out of a virtual lease as they auto-​renew you year after year. I had been a virtual customer for 7 years and moved my business out of Texas. I wrote a 30 day notice and did not pay any more «rent» payments after the 30 days was up. They are now suing me for «breach» of contract for a «Virtual office» where I had no phone answering nor mail pickup. They can kick you out at any time but they require you to stay in a lease that had auto-​renewed for years.
If they can afford to have attorneys on retainer for small things like this, then they must have this happen every day!!! BEWARE and strike that clause from your agreement.

Really, really bad attitudes accompanied with paper thin walls

Though I initially had some issues with this business I can now say that my experience with them was positive. Once I brought my concerns to the correct staff member the situation was resolved and I would recommend this business.

I needed a place that was busy, unique, and trendy. The Galleria Location of Meridian Executive Suites provided me with my needs. Not only that, it came with many perks. There were multiple conference rooms, a nice break room, and a very helpful secretary staff. The staff was very easy to work with. The cleaning crew would clean every room of the entire building EVERY DAY. The entire presentation of the work environment was very professional. Not only that, there was hallway tunnel that directly connected to the Galleria mall. I often utilized that to eat lunch. The other tenants were very professional and respectable. The building was very secure.
The only complaints that I would have is that they turn the AC to a fairly high setting around 5:00 (I would guess 79 degrees). So if you were to work after hours it could get a little toasty. So bring a fan. They also have a few nit picky things in their leasing terms, so be sure you read it carefully. The parking can be a bit frustrating since it is in a parking garage. Often times I would have to park up as high as the 7^th floor.
At the end of the day, I have to give them 5 stars.
