This place is a hidden gem in uptown. If you’re looking for great coffee, a unique atmosphere and friendly, energetic customer service, this is the café for you. The coffee I had was a medium roast and flavorful and I was really surprised to see that they sell bubble tea, which I haven’t tried yet, but I’ll be going back next time I’m over in that area. Really impressed when I stumbled upon this place on my last visit to Dallas.

I didn’t get to try their coffee. I wasnt in the mood for coffee that day. I got oatmeal with fruits and nuts with a bottle of mo’ beta Odwalla for breakfast. The people were friendly. I have a feeling they’re still working on their menu and adding more food options. Oatmeal I got was good. Perfect grab and go location for those on the run. There’s a few seats inside for those who wants to sit and ponders about life.

Just went in today for the first time. I pass it every day going to and from work. Love the 24 hour concept, perfect for finals and late nights. I walked in to try their iced coffee, as starbucks LACKS completely in that area, and I was greeted by a sweet girl who explained the menu and the specialtys. I actually ended up getting my ice coffee for free and when I tried the coffee, I was VERYSATISFIED. great iced coffee, great concept! I will be back!

Free coffee from 7 – 8AM? Count me in! Drawn in by the funky yellow and blue tiled walls, I was itching to try Mini for a while(although fellow Unilocaler Faith isn’t a fan of the bright primary walls). Located in the former Jamba Juice space at Knox Park, Mini Café and the adjoining XL Executive Lounge are one of the many co-op work spaces popping up around Dallas. While, I’ve only sampled Mini Café and not used the co-op space, the space looks cool with lots of work space and amenities. The Mini Café features reasonably priced coffee in a über convenient location with quick access to McKinney, 75 South and public transit. The staff, including management, is very friendly and some of the staff members really go out of there way. I’m always sticking to my plain, large drip coffee but I’m curious to try something new. I’m not a Starbucks hate but I’m always looking for something new and locally owned. If you’re in Uptown or pass by in the mornings., I definitely recommend at least giving Mini Café a spin once.

This is really more of a «grab ‘n go» coffee place than a «sit down to study and chat» café. For non-member customers, there’s only a counter top w/2 chairs by the window. Also, this is a «cashless» café, so make sure you have your debit or credit card. Haven’t tried any of the food yet, but the coffee is great. I’ve gotten the«Zado» twice – it’s a «frozen Colombian chocolate, milk, and coffee blend.» I LOVE it. I’ve also had their Epiphany energy drink, which is alright(I’m not a big energy drink person) The employees I’ve encountered here so far are really friendly and nice!

The Texas tuna sandwich was good. I went there to study but there are no tables, instead it’s a members only lounge w/monthly membership? Interesting concept for professionals needing a work space/office(not great for moi)
