Nature’s Own Pest & Lawn Services

D’Anthony and D’mitri arrived at my home on time and provided a great service:) Explained very well how we can prevent bugs, roaches, etc but im very happy with the service and as first time customer, I was only charged for $ 43, thanks guys:)

Sunday we discovered a bird in our Chimney. August 3, 2015 a fellow from Nature’s Own Pest & Lawn Services responded to our call. During his visit he cleaned the chimney, replaced a metal fencing guard at the top of the chimney, and cleaned out a dryer vent, all things that needed to be done, and charged us $ 215. The next morning the bird awakened us at 7 AM, scratching and flapping for an hour or so, then quiet until the afternoon. Same thing the next day. We called Nature’s Own and we told that because their guy did not remove the bird, that there would be an additional charge of $ 99 for someone to do it! That seemed totally wrong to me, so I told him no.
Oddly, he said he would give us a complimentary outdoor pest control treatment. We hadn’t had a pest problem, but why not? Tonight, August 8, we discovered a colony of ants crawling across our ceiling! Could Nature’s Own have sprayed a repellent, driving any outdoor ants inside? I have some suspicions.
I STRONGLY suggest avoiding Nature’s Own. I’ll certainly never call them again.
