The food here was great. The portion size are a good size as well. I will be returning back soon.

Just dined with my family of five for the first time. Since we moved from San Diego in July of 2014, I haven’t been impressed with the restaurants in Texas, even the ones that had great reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the cuisine at this restaurant. My husband had the half chicken(I forgot what it’s called but it’s marinated for 24 hrs), my daughter had the butter leaf fish tacos, my other two daughters both had the entrana steak & I had the achiote salmon. Everything we ordered was delicious & the flavors were different than anything we’ve had. Tried all the dessert & our favorite was the rum bread pudding. Will definitely return.

Our server, Rosie, made the dining experience even better. She was so passionate about answering any questions we had as well as making great food recommendations. We had the Cuban sandwich and it was served with a tasty au jus. The Latin Breakfast with chicken pupusa was excellent. Great experience and great food!

Food was excellent. Surprisingly, latte and cappuccino were some of the best we have had in the Dallas area. Beans imported directly from Peru/Colombia very good. Steak sandwich was thick but very tender and sauce added the right amount of tang. Cuban sandwich was perfect. Only draw back was the location and environment. A strip mall over looking a parking lot.

We came here in a whim, actually signed up for the wait list at the place in the parking lot, but strolled down and saw that there was no wait. Walked in, saw they had brunch, got sat. Nice, clean restaurant. Maria, our server was very knowledgeable on the menu, she got us situated and we ordered quickly. I got the breakfast sampler, my wife got the Latin breakfast. Our sole complaint, we asked for eggs over medium and they came quite runny, no problem. I ate them and gave my wife the scrambled eggs on my plate. Ain’t I grand. The mimosas were great(not champagne). We were never without service(and not over waited either). Oh, and I just got a text that our table is ready at the other place. Who cares. We’re coming back.

Nazca Kitchen is a moderately upscale Latin American fusion restaurant, offering cuisines from Peru to Brazil. We came here for dinner, got the most popular items and were not disappointed. My boyfriend got the entrana steak(medium rare, of course) with a side of quinoa salad, and I got the butter leaf fish tacos with a side of sweet corn. We also got the ceviche for appetizer. The entrana steak is served over a bed of spinach and is marinated for 24 hours resulting in a steak that’s juicy and oh, so tender! The quinoa salad goes greatly with the steak as it offers a nice, refreshing taste, reminding me of a greek salad. The butter leaf fish tacos are also delicious. The fish tastes fresh and the butter leaf are a healthy yet great alternative to tortillas, but a little hard to eat with hands. The mango salsa that comes with the dish goes perfectly with the tacos, adding a sweet and refreshing flavor. The sweet corn served at Nazca is –hands down– one of the best tasting sweet corn I’ve tasted. The corn is freshly grilled, has a nice bite to it and is not overwhelmingly drowning in mayo. Out of all the dishes I tried, the ceviche was my least favorite. I do love that that they use raw fish and that the fish is fresh, but there is something off with the vinegar flavor. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad, just a tad off… can’t really put my tongue on it. All in all, Nazca Kitchen offers a dimly lit ambience and great selection of Latin American cuisines that’s reasonably priced. I’ll definitely be coming back to give all the other dishes a try; in particular, I’m eyeing that carrot cake with goat cheese mousse. And they have a brunch menu with $ 2 mimosas!

Wow! Everything about this place was just wow! Our server, whose name I’ve unfortunately managed to forget, was incredibly knowledgeable not only about the restaurant and the owner but also about South American cuisine and culture in general. We started with the roasted pepper cheddar dip with pita chips. Roasted, tomato-y, cheesy greatness in every bite. My date had the chili jam chicken wrap with a side of sweet corn. He said the wrap was fantastic and the corn was the perfect blend of crisp and creamy, similar to elotes, but lighter on the cream and better flavor. I chose the fish(tilapia) tacos on butter leaf lettuce with a side of quinoa salad. The tacos were the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a LOT of fish tacos! The fish was perfectly cooked, the mango salsa was fresh and flavorful, and the sauces were just right. The quinoa was very good and became excellent when blended with the spicy aji amarillo sauce. Finally, the rum bread pudding. Our new favorite guilty pleasure. So good, my date kept sliding his finger around the empty plate to grab up the last of the syrupy sweet sauce and whipped cream. The décor is simple yet tasteful and representative of the region. The prices are very reasonable and the portions perfect. Lots of healthy options and a few not-so-healthy too! This is now the place I plan to tell everyone about and insist that they go to with me!

Very tasty restaurant, all the ingredients are fresh and seasoned well. I’m not an expert on South American cuisine but I love this place. Steak is great. Fish is great. Everything on the menu is delicious. The chocolate dessert they make from scratch with 100% cocoa is outstanding. It made me whip out Unilocal and write a 5 star review, now that is some gooood chocolate!!! Nazca is definitely something unique amidst the Dallas restaurant environment.

I really enjoyed Nazca kitchen. The menu is diverse, and the inside is well decorated. Service professional and polite. If you check-in on Unilocal,you can get a bread pudding dessert, which you definitely should. It was the best bread pudding I’ve had in a number of years. The available beers is a reasonable selection, with the Brazilian Xingu beer being prominent. You can order a variety of foods from tacos to a roasted half-chicken. The fried yuca are very good as well, kind of like sweet potato french fries, if you’re not familiar. Overall, a very enjoyable meal. We look forward to being back.

The service was great — the waiter was very attentive and knowledgable. The location is a bit off– located in a shopping next to Hobby Town.(In the old D&B shopping center.) I had the Chipolte Chicken sandwich with a side of butternut squash. I wouldn’t change a thing. Ok, I’m big on my sauces so maybe a little more aioli on the chicken sandwich would’ve been perfect. The bun on the sandwich was slightly crispy and buttery — similar to a potato bun. The chicken was cooked to perfection and covered with the perfect amount of queso blanco, bacon, tomato, lettuce and a little drizzle of aioli. The butternut squash was perfect. It had a couple of cranberries, almonds, a little red onion and squash. There was a little bit of a sweet cinnamon sauce underneath. I got the smaller personalized portion of the bread pudding(free with check in on Unilocal). As everyone else says, it’s wonderful! Just the right amount of sauce, spices, soft bread pudding with a little side of whipped cream. My only complaint is that some of the lunch menu items are a little pricey. My order was only $ 12.99, which is great for what I got. It doesn’t appear the prices are a problem for anyone else considering this place is now packed! It appears I barely beat the lunch crowd. I’ll be back for the Happy Hour 4−7pm.

After having this place bookmarked for such a long time, we finally went for a early dinner. We ordered a pork dish off their specials menu and added an additional side of yuca fries and corn. While the flavors were all there, our food was luke warm. That was extremely disappointing for such tasty food. The pork was cool, but was very tender and flavorful. The yuca was cooked well, the corn had a weird acidity to it, but was none the less tasty. The pork dish came with squash and that was just cold. Overall the food was good, the price point was a tad bit high. It was not busy at all when we went, there were only 3 other tables, so idk why our food would be cold… It’s 3.5 stars but definitely not a 3, so I rounded up!

Very fresh, love light, flavorful, and different. We especially liked the ceviche, fried Brazilian cheese, and the seafood stew(I forget the name). They were great with our kids and very attentive. Even the kids menu items were done well. For context, we were there Sunday at noon. Be sure to check in for the free bread pudding.

Heard good things about this place so I decided to give it a try for lunch. I ordered their shrimp tacos, roasted corn and got the rum bread pudding for free for checking in(thanks Unilocal!). Any who. Wasn’t impressed with the tacos. The roasted corn was great! And the bread pudding was alright. All in all this place was meh. Beautiful venue tho!

If you’re on the hunt for exploring a new cuisine, then this is the place. Dallas maybe know form their Tex Mex and brisket, but Nazca kitchen may become a new staple in Dallas. Although I would give their food 4 stars, the energy and ambiance in the restaurant made my experience more memorable. The menu has something for everyone. Weather you are health nut or just the typical foodie, the menu will not disappoint. When I went I wanted to keep it simple so I ordered the rotisserie chicken, with the corn. Also the our table ordered the quinoa croquettes. When you order the chicken they ask you how spicy, I told the waiter medium but I would of got it mild or hot. The croquettes were really good if your in the mood of something deep fried. I am curious to see how their other menu items taste like, if you have a friend from out of town that you want to impress, take them here!

My wife, and I are so happy that we came to Nazca Kitchen!!! My wife, and I shared the Quinoa Croquettes… let me tell you, they were very good and I could easily make this appetizer my Main Dish. My wife ended up ordering the Shrimp Tacos and I had to settle for Sides since this restaurant doesn’t have any Vegetarian dishes,(Quinoa Salad, Sweat Corn, and Fried Yuca). All I can tell y’all is that the food was delicious!!! Even though Nazca Kitchen isn’t Vegetarian friendly, I would definitely return again for some more good food. I just wish that they would consider adding some Vegetarian main dishes to their menu. Delicious! The service was great and food was amazing. This has become one of my fave restos to go to. The restaurant is a little hard to find as it’s sort of in a sketchy strip mall. But the ambience in the restaurant is great! I ordered the half roasted chicken(what they are known for) with the butternut squash. It was really good, all for $ 12! Also used Unilocal to check in and got a free rum bread pudding. This is a must try dessert. I don’t usually like bread pudding, but i loved this!

Nazca has been on radar for quite a while thanks to Unilocal.My sister and I finally had a chance to go. I must say that this little tucked away place is a real gem. The food, the ambiance, the stellar customer service makes you want to keep coming back. For shared entrees, we ordered: Fish Ceviche which is done«South American style with fresh tilapia, red onions, jicama, aji-mango-lime dressing, garnished with sweet potato, grilled corn and criolla.» The ceviche was tart and fish was perfection. I know this may sound gauche, but I just wish I had tortilla chips to go with them. Don’t judge me. The marinade was that delicious! Fried Yuca: Bing Bong! So nummy. Chile Jam Chicken Wrap which juicy«grilled chicken, leaf lettuce, almonds, criolla, yogurt & spicy chili jam on a sun dried tomato tortilla». Butternut Squash which consisted of «squash, red onion, peppers, cranberries & almond.» Something about this dish fell uneven for me, but I quickly realized that it was salt. Salt melded the flavors together pretty well and the nuisances of flavor became more predominant. I would have never considered butternut squash and cranberries, but I do now. :) Everything tasted good. l, but I must say the real winner of the evening was the Rum Bread Pudding. I cannot express enough how much I am a bread pudding snob, but I wanted to give it a go after seeing that we got some free with Unilocal check in. Their bread pudding is HEAVENLY! Completely heavenly. We even ordered another piece to share with no shame. That just meant we each had a dessert. It was none of their business that I was daydreaming about taking a whole pan home with me. So, so good. The only complaint I have about Nazca is a tiny one that I managed to mention on my feedback form like 5 million times. PLANTAINS! Why are they not selling the manna from heaven known as plantains?
