First time review. Compelled to post and share the absolutely exceptional service by everyone at Occhiali and particularly Abby. Purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses and Lindbergs. Great prices and selection. Highly recommended.

Everyone here is so knowledgeable. They had so much information about lenses– things I never knew! The selection is very nice– not all the glasses you see elsewhere, and the staff are really good at picking glasses that fit your face and style well.

This is a smaller shop than the mega franchises but their selection is momentously better! I went in here to fix my Tom Davies frames and I didn’t even have to wait, they only charged me for the parts which was fantastic. If I have to replace these frames I am going to go out of my way (and maybe dip into my savings) to get my frames here. They have a line from wood and gold that are especially interesting and caught my eye.
It’s hard to find places that have good service like this little boutique. I didn’t even buy my frames here and they were more than willing to help.
Will return in the future for sure.

Occhiali is apparently now under new management. The new manager went above and beyond to honor my warranty and get a replacement side for my glasses. I appreciated her help.

I’ve been a customer at all of the highest quality eye ware stores in Dallas. But the staff at Occhiali is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with! Superb attention to detail, caring and honest service and a great selection of high-​end frames. Too bad that I didn’t know they were in business when I was purchasing frames last year. I can’t say enough about the staff and quality of service (and my two pair of glasses look fantastic).

So I came in here to find a really cool pair of glasses because I’m sick of all the boring frames at Lenscrafters and Fashion Optical YAWN! Very helpful and informed staff worked with me forever (I’m SO picky) and eventually I had what I wanted.
Fast forward a year: The glasses somehow find themselves under the feet of my then three-​year-​old. Oh well. I put the glasses in a drawer and resort to the other 8 pair I have.
Two years after that, while cleaning my stuff out getting ready to move I find these glasses and remember how very cool they were. I took them back to Occhiali and this lady worked on them for like 20 minutes and fixed them — no hassle no question no charge!
