This place is so inviting and FUN! I was visiting from California and I was amazed at the variety of handmade items /​art they had! I couldn’t help myself, to clothing, jewelry and tiny handmade wire baskets. If you need a GIFT this is the place! The shop owner is so classy and friendly with interesting information and details about all of his items. I feel like I have a new friend, honestly. I love this neighborhood and this is my new favorite store!

I’ve been to this lovely little botique twice and have had such a great experience. It is a unique place with a great earthy atmosphere. Everything they sell is American made or fair trade and a percentage of each item goes to a specific non-​profit organization/​charity. Therefore all items they carry have a specific purpose and story as to why it was made and the people it will help if you buy it (hence Opportunity Market).
The staff are helpful, friendly, and funny! If you have a question about an item they are more than happy to share. It’s a great store to buy special gifts or to treat yourself to something nice while at the same time supporting people in need. Every item has a story which is what makes this place amazing.

Even though the store isn’t my style, I like visiting to see new items. They have a really cute hat section that I visit often to find things for my sister-​in-​law. They have cards that are unique and funny and we ended up getting one for my father-​in-​laws 60th bday. Lastly, we also purchased a necklace that suited my mother-​in-​laws taste. It was colorful and unique. It was made out of recycled newspaper/​magazine and rolled and sealed in cute little oval shaped.
The associates are very knowledgeable about their product and they are so nice. The hat I wanted to buy was out of stock but they were helpful and got one ordered for me!
