I just created a Unilocal to post this review! Words can’t even begin to describe how gratefulI I am to have come across this place! Carly is a warm, funny, knowledgeable and gracious woman who immediately puts you at ease. Unlike other doctors who specialize in lip fillers and such, she is gentle, takes her time with details and makes sure everything is nice and even. May I add that I had no swelling nor bruises! Can’t wait to book my next appointment! Make sure you give her a call ahead of time because she gets booked very quickly. Thank you Carly, see you soon! xx

I got juvederm lip injections with a groupon here. I was very hesitant to do something like lip fillers through groupon but was recomended by a close friend to orchid. I got awesome natural results! The first time I got injections I went to a reputable doctor and paid $ 500 for restalyn. He was so rough and quick the experience was extremely painful. I swelled up so much that time. With Carly at orchid she was very gentle and meticulous, nothing like the first time with the other doctor. I had one small bruise and no swelling at all with carly. Not to mention way cheaper. It did take about a month and a half to get in since she was booked up. I recommend juvederm over restalyn. You probably will have to wait a while so call first and see what’s available. Also google maps gave me wrong directions but luckily Carly answered my call and gave me directions herself! Show up early just in case.

Carly is very particular and pays very special attention to the patient and their needs. She is a very skilled lady and truly a master of her craft. I had my first filler injection and I was very nervous prior to going in. I was scared of getting an overfilled look and Carly gave me the beautiful full yet natural look I desired. After speaking with Carly prior to the injection I could tell she really knew what she was doing and trusted her 100%. Honestly, I was unsure about going through with it due to nerves and I feel if I had gone to anybody else I may have backed out. I no longer have to feel self conscious about my lips being too thin. I’m so happy with my results and will return when it is time. Thank you Carly!

Called the spa to get some prices. Receptionist didn’t have a price sheet. She promised me a call back. 3 hrs later no call back. I called again then was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Hung up then call back she tried to put me on hold again. I said i’m just i’m trying to get some price she said she wasn’t sure what there prices were and would have to wait for the doctor. OKay… I said if i don’t get a call back today then i will just book some where else. She said in a quite nice voice «Ok sounds good» Wow LOL if the doctor or the manager only knew. Needless to say I wont call again

I’ve been doing this procedure for 20 years. I’m also an Esthetitician as well. Great service, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Her prices are very reasonable even without a groupon. She also goes by the unit with Botox instead of by the area. Her location is great with easy access and plenty of close parking. I will be a repeat customer.

The owner is well educated with an education «one step above an RN». That makes me feel confident that she knows what she’s doing. The procedure room is her office and it’s small but enough to accomplish getting your anti-​aging on. I went in on a Groupon but I’d try her for other procedures.

I was very happy with the results of my proceduee. I plan to get it touched up at the same place in the future (it’s a semi permanent procedure, so this is expected). Esthetician is very gentle, subtle, knowledgeable, but listens to my concern and desires. Will Go again.
