They lost my dress and still wouldn’t make right even with a claim ticket. They said they must have miscounted… Really — so what’s the point of a claim ticket then?!

This has been my go to dry cleaners since I found them about a year or two ago. I’m always greeted with a smile and they always do such a wonderful job of taking care of my clothes. I cant remember her name, but she has a British accent and she’s always so sweet every time I visit! She’s very polite and sociable and makes me feel happy every time I stop by! I remember one time I spilled soy sauce all over my shirt and I had to get it dry cleaned, when I went back the next day to pick it up, she warned me that they tried their best but the stain might still be a little visible… I got the shirt back, and I couldn’t even see the stain. Definitely should check this place out!

Update – TERRIBLEEXPERIENCE Worst cleaners in the Metroplex, don’t be decieved. I began using them on a weekly basis, everything seemed great until they ruined several of my dress shirts. I roll my sleeves up two rolls at the cuff, they didn’t unfurl the sleeves when they laundered my shirts. The result: two perfectly sized holes on the sleeve of each shirt. When confronted, I was told my shirts were old, which they weren’t, that I created the holes, which I didn’t, and all they could do was not charge me the $ 6 I owed when they«cleaned them». TERRIBLESERVICE!

Just found this cleaners, after a fiasco at one located just west of this location on Frankford. As soon as I walked in, the cleanliness and bright smile of the staff made me feel welcome. I was rather detailed in how I would like the clothes taken care of. When I went to pick them up the next day, Maxi knew my name and exactly how I liked my clothes. I was sold from the get go, this is a high quality cleaners with top notch customer service! Keep up the good work! *Glad I could find a place I love so close.

This cleaners always does a great job for a reasonable price, and I’ve never had unexpected issues(ie: garment damage, late items, etc). It’s hard to find an affordable, reliable cleaners, and at this point, I wouldn’t take our stuff anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and my clothes have always come back impeccable and the prices are extremely fair. They are by far my go to Dry Cleaner for the Frankford/Tollway area.

One day after eating lunch next door at Angelo & Vitos I decided to drop my bag full of dry cleaning off at Parkway Cleaners. Included with the dry cleaning I also had two pants that needed alterations… one had a broken zipper, the other had lost multiple buttons and I wanted them to just take off all of the remaining buttons and replace all of them. I went a couple days later to pick up the dry cleaning. While dry cleaning a brand new blouse… and claiming they followed the care directions of wrapping the buttons in foil, they broke two buttons. And the alterations were not ready yet. A couple of days later I went to pick up the alterations. The zipper was done fine, but all they did with the buttons was to move them around so the missing ones were in less obvious locations. I was like WTF? And I was told they had sent the broken buttons home with the first set. A couple days later they called… the alterations lady can’t find buttons to do your pants like you wanted, but if you want to bring some in she will put them on. Um. She’s in the business of alterations but she can’t find buttons to match. WTH makes you think I could find some? And then she said… the lady is Chinese. Crickets What does that have to do with anything? Anyway… the next day I went to go pick up my pants with the re-arranged buttons, I take the buttons for the shirt they broke. I have yet to go back and get it… but I have a feeling I wont be back to Parkway after this disaster.
