I often order carry out from here on the way back from my brother’s. I always get what I ordered and have never had a problem. Counter staff are really nice and helpful. I recently watched them nicely deal with a very drunk and rude woman.

What a disappointment. We have ordered pizza so many times from this location and have typically had decent experiences… until tonight… when the pizza just never showed up. Four moms and our kids were waiting for more than one hour. We called and were told it was on its way. 15 mins later, we called again, still no pizza and no apology. Just a ton of attitude. We ordered pizza from Dominoes instead and will continue to do so.

Well it’s pizza hut. You know what you’re getting. But I gotta say, this location needs to pull it together a little bit. I ordered online, which I usually do and have it delivered which is stupid because I live less than 2 minutes from this place. Lets be honest. I’m freakin lazy. Anyhow, I decided instead of waiting an hour for them to drive it 4 blocks I’d go get it myself. Why do I do these things? You know, now days, when you order online it says your order will be ready at 7:57. How they get these times I’ll never know, but so I wait until said time to drive down. I mean it should be ready by 8, right? No. I go in and am told ‘it’s still in the oven’ now I’ve never worked at a pizza joint but I’ve waited enough to know the pizza goes through a machine like at Quiznos and pops out the other side done. So «it’s still in the oven’ is more like, Bob’s still trying to figure out what you didn’t want on your super-supreme. It’s cool. I get it. I mean I’ll still order, but probably have it delivered because it doesn’t make me as mad when the guy shows up in 45 minutes or so.

Needed a bite to eat, so I got some delivery from Jabba’s brother. The Meaty P’zone is always a favorite. It was tasty as usual, but I could have used a little extra sauce. I also got a little something extra this time, the apple pies. Little fried apple pie bits. Hot and tasty! Food was great, but delivery was a little slow tonight.

I have been refused delivery twice! when I do get my pizza(always 1 to 2 hours later) its either unedible or wrong and if you call to complain you get the WORST customer service in the ENTIRE world. Patrick is the manager that works at night and he will speak to you like you are just some idiot calling in for no reason!!! Dominoes is the way to go. it ALWAYS hot, fresh, and tastes great! Plus the people are much friendlier and glad to help you with anything. One night they had a special for a medium and I asked how much a large would be and the nice guy couldnt find a coupon so he gave me the medium price. GODOMINOES!

This has to be the worst pizza hut ever. I love thier pizza but this store has always delivered after waiting over an hour. And so then I started to go with pickup which they always say 15 minutes and ends up being 30 minutes. Plus the order was wrong. That’s why I started ordering from dominos.

AVOIDTHISLOCATION!!! This location is in my neighborhood but I won’t be going back after the ordeal I had there last night. I placed my carry out order online for a large thin crust«the works» pizza. It stated it would be ready at 10:39pm. I show up there at 10:42 to pick it up & the guy says there was a problem & they had to remake it & it would be ready shortly & he gave me a soda for the trouble. All was ok until after waiting for 20 minutes I approached the counter & was told again it would be ready in maybe 5 minutes. Maybe 5 minutes, WTF?!! In the end after waiting all that time I left with no pizza & went to SONIC instead.

They are in my neighborhood, and we order from them frequently. I have never had a problem. I speak with managers Marcos and Kourtney all the time and they know me by name as well. I love ordering from either one of them. As far as the wings… I think Traditional is regular skin(bone in) and all the rest is breaded/crispy style, and you can get bone in or bone out. Never had a problem with the sauces either. This is a great local place for late-night munchies and they deliver late too. til midnight or 1am on weekends.

This is a review about the WINGSTREET, located within this Pizza Hut. But for the record, compared to the wings here, Pizza Hut pizza is the best f-ing thing in the world! You get the idea… Wing Street has two kinds of wings — Traditional, and Bone-In. Now, I’m no expert, but i thought ‘traditional’ buffalo wings had the bone in. So to call something Traditional and something else Bone In, you wonder what their version of Traditional really is, and what the difference is. I’ll tell you. Bone-in, while it does have the bone it it like ‘tradiational, also is breaded. They’re like chicken nuggets. In five layers of breading. Soggy breading. We ordered medium sauce. Medium seemed good. But medium we couldn’t even taste! And the little aftertaste it left tasted like BBQ sauce, NOT the ‘buffalo sauce’ we ordered. So there we were, our order of bone-in wings with medium buffalo sauce, actualling holding a plate of soggy, over-priced chicken nuggets covered in BBQ sauce. They were returned, and exchanged, but only for the same sh*t in EXTREME sauce, and we were told that ”bone in’ at wing stop means ‘breaded’ and traditional means, well, something else. i don’t know if they even have REAL buffalo wings, or they are all chicken nugget-like bird parts covered in fake sauces. If it’s bone-in, great. if it’s breaded, call it that. Call it what it is– crap. Even the guy behind the counter agreed he didn’t like them. Awesome. Hey, we were hungry. Now we know.

This is my local Pizza Hut, and I must be one of their most frequent buyers. They always deliver fast and the guys know me by name.
