I haven’t had Popeye’s in at least 6 months and the last time it was at this location and they screwed up my order. Today I went through the drive thru and guess what… they screwed up AGAIN! Lesson learned. never going back!!! I ordered a 5 strip meal. I’m rushing(on my lunch break) so when I get to the window the girl doesn’t repeat my order or say how much… she just takes my card. I think nothing of it because it’s lunch rush and I’m in a hurry too. She hands me the bag and there are two boxes… I’m confused but still rushing to get back to work. I drive off and and the first stop light I look and it’s two 5 strip meals… I look at my receipt and she charged me for two. Okay I’m a little pissed but I don’t have time to deal with this and just said I guess I’ll give one to a co-worker or save it for dinner… no biggie. Customer service doesn’t deserve a single star. I get back to work and decide to put the extra box in the fridge. I sit down… smells good. I grab a tender bite in, chew and swallow… I look at the remaining piece in my hand… the meat is still pink. Did they just sell me raw chicken? So I tear each one in half and only one piece was fully cooked. Showed a co-worker and she even said«don’t eat that… it’s not cooked through». Then I said well let’s check the second box… same issue. Only two pieces were cooked thoroughly. Needless to saw I’m disgusted(and hungry since I had to toss my lunch)!!! I’ll never go back! I wouldn’t eat there if it was free!!!

Popeyes is promoting an order of eight butterfly shrimp on TV as well as sending to customers an e-mail. The shrimp is eight tiny popcorn shrimp coated with batter that make the piece look large. Trust me there is a tiny piece of shrimp inside all that batter. On top of that the taste of the shrimp — -well there was no taste other that that excessive amount of breading. The last time I ate shrimp here I got about 25 tiny popcorn shrimp and they were good. This promotion is not worth your trip to a popeyes for shrimp. Stay with the fried chicken. Wait until Friday and order the popcorn shrimp and you may leave the place happy rather the sad one finds on today’s visit. Popeyes should stick with what they know best and that is fried chicken. Why do these fast food places always want to venture out into areas where their expertise is lacking? Lastly Popeyes why not be consistent with your products so I can continue giving your five stars???

So I really like the food at Popeye’s. I go to different Popeye’s all the time and only 3 things stay consistent regardless of location. 1. The food is tasty. 2. They somehow mess up my order. 3. The drive thru person drags a metal pan out of the window on the ground just as people pull up. Seriously, anyone know WTF that is all about?

First time visit and I have to say… WOW. One of my co workers took me here for lunch and I got the special Tuesday lunch 2 piece with gravy and a biscuit. WOW. The biscuit was so delicious and the people were very friendly. The service was really fast. I got my food before my card even went through! Also the gravy… Mmmmmm. Totally satisfied with this meal.

I am a fan of Popeyes… love the spicy chicken. I am not, however a fan of this particular restaurant… it’s a ‘certified training restaurant’ and it’s the worst customer service ever! Can’t understand the broken English of the workers and the unfriendly staff needs more ‘certified training’. My last visit, my chicken was hot but everything else was cold… and it was thrown in the bag upside down and shoved to me. I am soo over bad customer service. Ugh! I know it’s fast food and all but dang… I’m still paying my money for a service.

This Popeye’s has Good Food HOWEVER, the last 2 times I visited this«certified training restaurant» Jonathan at the counter and next visit at the window was totally disrespectful. Visit 1. Went inside with my 23 year old nephew. We ordered and I paid. Saw Jonathan eyeing my nephew. We sat down. Order was ready. I went to the counter to pick it up and Jonathan would not hand it to me. He motioned to my nephew to come over and gave it to him the smiled at him and condescendingly at me.(I forgot about it) Visit 2. Ordered at he drive thru with the female manager. All is well. Got total. Drove to window. Jonathan is there laughing and talking to manager in kitchen. Stops, looks at me silently. No words. Waits till I pull out the card. Hand it to him. He swipes it, hands it back silently. Then gets order hands it to me silently while staring at, you guessed it, my nephew in the passenger seat. No Thank You, no nothing. If you want decent food the place is alright. If you want your male family members poached and want to be Totally Disrespected as an adult, this is your place. Do Not Go Here For Any Reason If You Want To Be Treated Like A Paying Customer.

Naked chicken is what I get here and it’s good, the battered stuff– well, only occasionally. Mexican dude who works the drive through in the evening, he is good and friendly.

K is for kaka, Popeyes rules, unless I find some other fried chicken fast food that’s more addicting. Don’t remember ever having bad chicken @Popeyes. I do have to pay attention not to eat too much cause that makes me sick lol

Spicy chicken is the best! I love Popeye’s! Next to Babes, it’s my fav! Their mashed potatoes and biscuits are awesome too! If I need it quick and fast this is my goto chicken!

I like the spicy chicken here. I love their sides here because they are cajun inspired. I usually get the cajun mash potato and gravy and the red beans and rice.
