I wish I had read the reviews before bringing my clothing in. I brought in a very expensive, very white, pure silk shirt and they totally ruined it. I had a bit of dirt on the shirt and makeup on the collar. pretty typical stains but they could not get them out. that is fine but they ruined the shirt. When I brought it in it was very white, the color of white-out.when I got it back it was a gross dingy grey dirty white. like they washed it with a bunch of blue jeans or something. It was (of course) the most expensive shirt I own. When I started to get angry, the woman at the counter started acting like she could barely speak English (when her English was fine 5 minutes before) and started telling me she was not the owner when she very clearly is. Ugg. they go beyond incompetent and will actually ruin your clothing.

Great job for the money! I’ve been using then for 2 years now and they put collar supports in my shirts, and are still less expensive than most

DO NOT USE PRINCE CLEANERS! Kelly is a liar and claimed I brought my dress in stained, when in fact I did not, I wanted my 100% silk dress freshened up for an upcoming wedding. She returned it with what looked like white deodarant stains ALL over the dress. When I asked to be reimbursed for the damage, she refused. I called the «owner», Nick, but have not heard back. I brought the dress to Dry Clean Super Center on Fitzhugh with hopes they could fix it, turns out the «stains» are actually where the chemicals faded the color and nothing can be done.

They lost my clothes, and the place smelled very bad, it was really hot inside, maybe their a/​c was out, and it was more expensive than most places, they advertise 60% off, can you say gimmick!
