If you like cockroaches (german) and other pests/​insects, this is the place for you. And if you love dealing with rude management then you will surely love it. I was here for 3 months and killed on avg 30 – 40 roaches per day even with the bug guy spraying chemicals on everything in my apartment including my bed and other belongings. Also, I did not have a pet but there was a serious flea infestation in my apartment. I couldn’t even go barefoot in my own apartment or my feet and legs would get all bitten up.
Oh, and did I mention COCKROACHES. Do you like the idea of opening the cupboard in the morning to fix breakfast only to find 15 – 20 roaches scurrying out of site…* GROSS. It was hard to sleep at night just thinking about all the roaches in my apartment. My apt was also infested with these little flying worms that would land on everything during the night.
Management says that I am the only one with a cockroach problem, but there were several cockroaches in my apartment when I moved in back in April. The problem did not go away, despite regular visits from the exterminator. They have tried cleaning out twice. But the roaches are travelers and move from an apartment to another. I see an average of 10 – 15 cockroaches per day after clean out. So, clean out definitely helped a lot. Kitchen shelves were black with roach poo most of the time. Oven, microwave, TV all got infested with their eggs. About 50 – 80 roach babies come out of one belly/​egg. shhiiiiiiiiiiiit. I dumped all my tv, microwave, mattress, furniture after leaving the apartment.
I used to be at my office and sometimes feel roach in my socks or in my pants wearing them. Shoooooooo my god. that was so GROSSSSSSSSSSSS!
What else… Apartments are in horrible condition. If your neighbors will cook anything, you can guess what is on the menu today’ You will hate that everyday. Dirty, stained carpet, broken mirror doors of wardrobe, storage sized-​apartment make it the number one apartment in the list of Worst Top 5.
Lisa is so blessed with rude attitude that she will hang up on you, never worry how do you feel. She is as big of a problem as roaches. After speaking to other residents it’s clear that I’m not the only person who feels like this. She is very unprofessional, which is disturbing considering I pay to keep her employed. Even when I was searching for an apartment she was rude over the phone, like she didn’t have time to talk.
I will definitely not recommend this apartment to even my worst enemy. Anyone including my worst enemy deserves more respect than this. I really can sit here all day complaining about how the manager alone has messed up and an unforgettable experience with roaches. If you can deal with poor management and the lack of caring about the condition of your apartment along with sleeping and eating with the roaches, then this might be the BEST MATCH for you.
