What a great first for 2015. My favorite party theme is 1920s and I was pleasantly surprised how much effort the other Unilocalers made.
I had been prior to proof and pantry and really enjoyed the experience then. How wonderful that they hosted this now!
Great job to all the Unilocal staff involved as this was very well done
The bar tenders made me a great french 75 and I got to sample a few of the dishes coming round (love love love oysters so that was a huge plus)
Also a shout out to the poor guy who tried to teach me to make an old fashioned. I was pretty useless and he was so patient. Lol
It always amazes me that restaurants are prepared to offer up so much space for our events and this was just the same.. we basically had the whole restaurant to ourselves.
