Great customer service from beginning to end! Reserving on the phone was a nice touch because he could access multiple sites and their availability. Once I got to the site to get paperwork done, Frances was extremely helpful in getting me all situated. Location is easy to access and property is neat and clean. Right across the airport from Love Field Airport which is very convenient.

Chose this facility because of its’ location close to Love Field. Found an online special with first month for $ 1 so I reserved on my phone. Immediately received a phone call thanking me and asking when would be a good time for me to come in. Manager was very helpful and extremely friendly. I setup appointment for Monday and I received a phone call reminder Monday morning. Again, upon arriving in person, the manager (different one) was very helpful and friendly, showed me the unit and it was very clean and secure. Well lit and has a functioning security gate so feel my contents will be safe. Very happy with the experience.

I researched many storage companies before I decided to visit this location. When I arrived, I was greeted by Laura. How lucky for me. She was incredible. Awesome personality. We had a great conversation while she was checking on a unit for me. I asked her how long she had worked for Public Storage and she stated «8 wonderful years». How refreshing. Well, unfortunately she has leased the unit I saw on line, that morning. She checked other locations and found exactly what I wanted at a location closer to my house and on a 50% off sale. Happy me. She reserved it for me and I drove directly over to lease it. What an asset this young lady is. You are very fortunate to have her and I will recommend her to anyone looking for some storage space. Well done, Laura and thank you!

I started my search for a storage unit from San Antonio. I was looking for the best deal and Public Storage was so easy to work with. Laura was especially helpful in helping me find the most cost efficient unit for the size I needed. I thought I had found the best price but when I arrived Laura offered me even a better rate for my unit. She let me choose out of a couple of units too. She was very easy going, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend this location.

I went in today and felt bad because it was 20 minutes before they closed but John was there and was very efficient. He didn’t rush it and took me on a tour of the property and found me just what I was looking for. His attitude was excellent even though it was 102 degrees and closing time. The price was exactly what I was hoping for (42 for a 5×5) but do note that they require you to purchase the $ 9 insurance and you have to buy their $ 20 lock from them. Those are the only reasons why I didn’t give it a 5. It seemed unnecessary but I understand their thinking and business model. John was awesome though. I give him a 5 for sure.
