Terrible customer service! I called the day before to make an appointment and was given a 1:30. I came in on time and sat in the waiting room until 2:10. Waiting 40 minutes is unacceptable! The wax itself was good but in the future I will go somewhere that values my time. If you want a fast and reliable place go elsewhere.

Literally the best waxing experience I have ever had. The place is cute and clean. My waxer was quick, but very effective and the experience provided minimal discomfort. They were very careful as to not double dip in the wax as well. If you are looking to get anything waxed, I HIGHLY recommend going here!

I bought the Groupon because I’ve been wanting to try waxing for a while now but didn’t want to pay full price in case I hated it. I have to say I was really nervous and anticipating a painful process but it wasn’t that bad. The girl (can’t remember her name but had awesome mermaid hair) talked to me to distract me. She warned me about which areas would hurt more and overall was quick and efficient. Area was clean and location great. I didn’t think it was hard to find just go up the stairs.

Oh my god, this place is amazing! I had gotten only 1 wax before I came here and it was a terrible experience. Extremely painful, awkward, and my skin was highly irritated for weeks. But after going here, I love waxing! Luana was so great, she didn’t make me feel awkward at all, it only took 30 minutes, and my skin feels amazing. I will never go anywhere else to get a Brazilian.

Hard to find but once you find it you’re in luck! Cheapest Brazilian I’ve found in this area. I was late for my appointment and they still catered to me, which I was so grateful for. Quick and easy. Just opened in December I was told. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Hands down, best wax I’ve ever gotten. I was about three months past due so she had plenty work cut out for her. and I’ve probably had one or two waxes as good as what KENYA did. Being mixed, my hair is course and was very long by the time I made my appointment but Kenya took her time and got essentially every strand. I really am very impressed. Can’t wait to go back lol. Oh yea, super cute and super clean. You kinda have to valet which sucks but either way, great location too.
