Sandy’s Dancewear – Dallas

My daughter & I made the trek here from Frisco b/​c we wanted to see their selection of leos & shoes. The staff was very friendly & the one took her time to fit my daughter with ballet shoes. The selection of dance clothing was good & I ended up spending a pretty penny but it’s worth not having to drive the distance for a while.
Well, it turns out that I did have to drive back a couple of days later b/​c my daughter decided she wanted a ½ size bigger for her shoes. I first contacted Sandy’s in Plano (it’s closer) & the clerk absolutely would not exchange the shoes b/​c it is a different location. The clerk at Sandy’s Dallas explained that the stores are owned by different family members & the inventory was kept separate. She would have honored the exchange though if the shoes were purchased at the other Sandy’s b/​c it would have been just a simple exchange.
I will definitely come back here & avoid the other Sandy’s!
