Schlotzsky’s

I came here at 8:30 for a Cinnabon. But they don’t open till 10. Cinnabon of breakfast and they aren’t open for breakfast… Super disappointed

This is one of my fave fast food places. I’ve tried a variety of things my favorite sandwiches are The Original and Turkey Guacamole. All the pastas and flatbreads are yummy! I’ll eventually try a salad but the other options are always so tempting.
I’ve never had a bad service experience here. The staff and managers are very friendly and don’t rush you when you’re ordering. The drive thru is always fast, which is essential when I’m running late to work. And surprisingly as many times as I’ve been here, my order has never been wrong.
Not sure if all these good qualities apply to all locations but this one is awesome!

Lost stars due to consistently rude customer service. Whether calling in an order or walking in and ordering in person, you can count on rude service. Only got stars for decent sandwiches and salads.

This place stays busy around lunch, yet is always getting out quick sandwiches. I usually don’t do chain restaurants but schlotzsky’s sandwiches are delicious. Josh the manger takes care of business and the African American male I believe his name is Bernard? I could be wrong there but this guys energy is amazing! He is all over the place and is always the most friendly guy in the place. He is nothing short of awesome and an asset to this company! Keep up the good work guys!

I’ve always been a fan of Schlotzsky’s, tonight it was reinforced. We stopped by kinda late (20 or so minutes before closing) and the staff was very polite and friendly. Ordered the LARGE Albuquerque Turkey and the Tomato Basil soup. Both were very tasty! The restaurant is super clean and inviting. Definitely the place to go if you’re in the area.

Delicious sandwiches, served quickly, by the friendliest staff. They were playing with other customers’ kids, keeping the building immaculate, just really nice.

The customer service was AMAZING!!! Great attitude ad hospitality the food was perfect and my pizza was the best I’ve ever had fro Any location!
We hate they closed our local one in Ms and seek one out every where we go and this one was PERFECT!
A must stop if you love their BBQCHICKEN JALAPEÑO PIZZA like I do!

Wow. Just simply wow. I know you all are probably asking, «How could a fast food chain be so amazing?» It is. It just is. If people are the basis of every great business, this place is an 11 on a 1 – 10 scale. The staff is absolutely amazing. They are smiling, cheerful, thankful, and kind. The team that was on site today (12−15−15) was incredible. I wanted to offer some of them jobs to come work for me!
Aside from the people, this is the freshest Schlotzsky’s I have ever been to. Portions are are on the larger side and the food comes out FAST!
This place runs like a well-​oiled machine. I give much props to the franchisee at this location. Well done. I will be back!

Giving 5 stars not only because Schlotsky’s have the best sandwiches, but because of the fantastic service I received from the cashier named Broderick. He was in such a great mood and actually enjoyed his job and just made me in a great mood as soon as I walked in! Great customer service!!!

I went for The Original since this is my first time here and I wasn’t disappointed. And get this, it has olives as its bottom layer… olives! And I hate olives! But the sandwich was still yummy. Crispy ham and melty cheese on a toasty seeded bun with lettuce tomatoes and, yes, olives. And I added a special sauce from their self-​serve condiment area: olive oil, vinegar, hot sauce and black pepper. It was a great dip. Added awesome tang.
I was going to eat light, save room for more Texas treats later, but I spied a gooey blueberry Cinnabon that I never saw before. Oh my. Might have to get religion.

I had not been to a Schlotzsky’s in quite some time so when I found one on my way back to work I figured it was worth a try! There was no line even though it was very busy inside and around 12:30PM on a Wednesday. The seating was quickly wiped off and made ready for new guests and the ordering area was clean.
I decided to try the new Kale and Chicken Salad. This salad features pecans, cran-​raisins, goat cheese, hard boiled egg, kale and chicken and looks delicious on the picture so I went with it. After all I am a lover of all things goat cheese and kale has been growing on me lately.
This salad was life changing — not kidding — amazingly delicious. I think I said «wow this is really good» about 5 times while eating it. The portion sizes are huge as well. I feel like I ate a ton and still have enough for a second meal.
The crunch of the pecan with the sweetness of the cran-​raisins compliments the smooth texture of the goat cheese really well. The crunch of the kale and warm chicken breast really make this salad a winner. I think I really could eat this about once a week and be completely content with that.
Also, they sell Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls which are amazing but alas I am trying to be fit so I had to skip it this time but next time I may just go for a mini. :)
This Schlotzky’s has very friendly staff, clean environment, quick food and delicious flavors. I would recommend highly! Wouldn’t be a true review if I did not mention the one minor bad part though… the handle on the womens toilet in the handicap stall came off but the manager said he would get on it right away.

Very rarely do I write reviews on Unilocal; however, this location is deserving of my time.
As a long-​time resident of Deep Ellum, there actually aren’t many «fast food» places around with a drive thru and pleasant interior. This Schlotzsky’s location has changed that for the better.
I’ve been visiting sine they opened about a year ago — typically a couple times a month — and I have consistently been very pleased with the immaculate interior and good food.
However, what truly sets this place apart is the staff! They are fantastic — friendly, gracious, and attentive and they make it worthwhile to return frequently. Even in the drive-​thru, the staff excels.
I have no idea what this location is doing — but it’s doing something very right indeed and I sincerely hope they keep up the phenomenal work.

I gotta say, the folk at this location are the NICEST people. They’re funny and sweet and will make your sandwich taste better with their fun personalities.
I’ve been about 5 times in the past month and every single time I get a hoot over how great the staff is. The sandwiches are exactly what you’re expecting, it’s Schlotzky’s after all… but they seem to have found a way to make it fun. Keep it up, girls! ;)

I love Schlotzsky’s! The bread, the meat, the olives that are added to the sandwich. Hot or cold they are always tasty. But what sets this particular location apart from others is it is fairly new and the décor is modern and there is a warmth to the atmosphere. Every employee really did enjoy serving people. I ate here on my Tango Tab service day at the North Texas Food Bank and I had a pay-​it-​forward card on me and the manager took it from me! I was so happy! It’s a great location if you –God forbid– have to be at Baylor Hospital. I’m glad they put it there!

I love schlotzsky’s! This location in particular is very clean, has friendly fast service, and got my togo order correct and provided me everything i needed. So why 3 stars?
My original sandwich tasted old and dry! I’ve not had a worst tasting sandwich from schlotzsky’s ever! No matter how great everything else is, the food has got to be the best part! It was my first visit at this location, and i am reluctant to return.

So, of course a Schlotzsky’s is a Schlotzsky’s, but this location has really amazing customer service and has to be the cleanest location I’ve ever been in. It was really lovely to have our food brought out to us, it was fresh and delicious, and it was pretty cool. I definitely will be back. Word of advice, if you are on a diet, ignore the Cinnabons. They are right there and look oh so wonderful, but don’t do it!!!

Clean, fast and the food is awesome. Like another reviewer I was never a huge fan of Schlotzsky’s but wow their breakfast options and amazing. The Egg White, Goat Cheese and Field Green is addictive.
I decided to try them for lunch yesterday and holy cow are the portions huge!
This is straight on my way to work and quickly becoming a habit. Love.

Medium soda is $ 1.99 plus tax, but it’s really a large (32oz), and it’s in an insulated cup so it won’t drip condensation everywhere. I imagine the almost 2x pricetag over McDonald’s across the street is really because they use crushed ice FTW!
I used the drive through and it was fine. They told me my total before I pulled up to the next window which allowed me to realize they had not heard part of my order. Their cinnabon is as delicious as usual. I wish they pumped the cinnabon smell into the neighborhood though, as I’d rather stuff my nose with the delectable fragrance than jam it onto my body as fatty deposits.

I haven’t eaten at a Schlotzsky’s in years. This one just opened down the street from me. It’s nice having another drive thru option that’s not McD’s in the ‘hood.
I went this afternoon and didn’t spend as much time pursuing the menu because there was no line and the sun was in my eyes. Settled on the pizza and was back home in no time.
The pizza is kinda small but I ate half and am comfortably full, and will have the rest later.
Looking forward to trying more menu items.
