The food is actually really good. I’ve tried my fit foods as well and simply fit foods definitely tastes better. Also there seems to be a lot more variety to choose from on store. I took off one star because you pretty much have to do the $ 300 house account to order online. It’s kind of pricey but when you add it up to eat a healthy variety of food it evens out rather than having to cook

I’m single and a busy professional so cooking for one is time consuming and expensive, I needed an alternative and found Simply Fit. I have been ordering my meals from them for about 6 months, lunches and dinners. Simply Fit is convenient and their meals are yummy. I have tried My Fit Foods and Snap Kitchen before, and Simply Fit is by far the best. Their meals are delicious and filling, and it does not feel like I am on a diet. I found that the meals at My Fit Foods were overly spiced and Snap Kitchen was a hit or miss and I would be hungry within a few hours. The chicken parm, chicken tacos, and beef tips are my favorite, the only one I haven’t liked was the meatloaf. The only complaint is that their prices have gone up about $ 1/meal, but for the quality and taste of the food they are still reasonably priced.

Too busy to cook and still want to eat healthy? Simply Fit Meals to the rescue! Like many people, my schedule can be very crazy and often leaving me with the choice of going to the gym or preparing a healthy home cooked meal. Thanks to Simply Fit Meals, I’m able to have both. Some people use them for every meal of the day where as I tend to use them as a lunch or dinner option. It frees up a little of my time and I still get to eat healthy. In addition to the great flavor packed into each entrée, I like that Simply Fit Meals uses all natural and locally sourced ingredients. And if you happen to be someone who deals with celiac disease, no worries as most of the entrees are gluten free. In addition the various entrees they also have snack foods, smoothies and cold pressed juices. While I have not tried the smoothies or the snack foods, I have tried several of the cold pressed juices. The quality and taste of the juices is amazing. On average the cost per entrée is $ 8 – 10. Many of the entrees are available in 2 sizes which allows you to purchase based on size of appetite. The larger sized entrees are on the higher end of the range but based on the serving size are still cost effective. Definitely give them a try if you’re looking to add some variety dining options without going to a restaurant.

I was given a $ 15 gift card for this place, so I stopped by to check it out recently. Picked out two meals and went up to the register, where the guy swiped my card before swiping the gift card, then told me he couldn’t undo the charge without calling someone and going through a huge ordeal, so I should just pick out $ 15 worth of additional food. Okay, my goal was to TRY this place using the gift card. Not to walk out with twice as much food and having paid much more than I wanted to pay. ARGH. Terrible customer service. You seriously don’t have a way to cancel a credit card charge? Might want to correct that since it’s not an uncommon need, especially with genius staffers like this. Anyway, so I went back and got a few more dishes, and now my misfortune is your reward, since I get to tell you about them: Cranberry Apple Chicken Salad — very tasty, best of the bunch by far. Would get this again if I had a gift card here, but it’s not worth the $$$ otherwise. Spicy Garlic Shrimp — so spicy that even my spice-loving husband could not finish it. Obviously would not get this again. Honey Jalapeño Chicken — they should call this«two tiny chicken strips with honey jalapeño sauce.» My husband said it was decent but«would not get again.» Rosemary Balsamic Steak Tips — rubbery, bland steak with a teensy amount of watered-down balsamic floating around in the bottom of the dish, so watered down and scant that I couldn’t even taste it. Paired with completely unseasoned asparagus(although perfectly cooked) and unseasoned butternut squash. Would not get again. Chicken Feta Pizza — I actually really liked this one. The chicken was tender and juicy, and it paired well with the marinara and kalamata olives and tiny(TINY!) sprinkling of feta cheese. The English muffin it was sitting on was completely soggy, but I actually sorta like soggy bread in the right context(bread pudding, anyone?) so that didn’t really bother me. I would get this again, but only if I had a gift card here. See«not worth the $$$» comment above. In general, everything is way overpriced for the quantity of food that you get. If eating fresh/local and counting calories is your goal, all while not having to cook, then I guess you’ll pay out the nose for it. But I’d rather spend my money on(and eat) food that actually satisfies my taste buds. I also have a hard time supporting any stores that endorse the completely unscientific and frankly insane notion that consuming nothing but juice for three days is good for you:

I have gone to MFF and was pleased but decided to stop in here in Plano. Can I tell you that the Honey jalapeño Chicken was so delicious my husband asked me if I was sure it was«diet» food and under 400 calories? I got the smaller portion of Almond Tilapia over asparagus and it was delicious. I have also had the chicken butternut soup, big chunks of chicken, rich flavor. They are making eating healthy and within calorie range to lose weight EASY. Hallelujah!

Is 1:15 on a Saturday. …open sign is on. So I walk in and there is NO food. Lady at the counter awkwardly says there won’t be food until 2. I commented that they should probably turn off the open sign if they don’t have any food. She looked at me like I had 3 heads. They weren’t even open yesterday. .on a Friday when they said they were open.

I like this place and think it is a much better option than my fit foods. The meals have a lot more flavor and I can tell the difference in the ingredients. It’s a more creative menu as well with better options than MFF. The space is well designed and friendly and reflects the owners commitment to aesthetics and quality. It enhances the overall experience. My only knock is the smoothies are overpriced and do not come with protein. I had one today and I paid about $ 1/ounce after adding protein. It was not that tasty either. Overall, this is a great place and a up and coming small business. I encourage you to support them.

I am a busy, single woman who loves to eat healthy, but has limited time to cook. I had explored«My Fit Foods» and a few other versions of the sort, but settled on Simply Fit Meals for the following reasons. 1. Quality ingredients. There were times I ate a «meal» at MyFit but was not full, because the quality of ingredients are not always the best. Simply Fit Meals uses all natural, locally sourced ingredients and no GMO’s 2. Quality taste– AMAZING! Such a wide variety of cuisines 3. Fair price– for awhile, I was doing breakfast, lunch, dinner 5 days a week(I lost 8lbs by the way!) and it only cost me about $ 20/day. I spend WAY more than that per a day when I am eating at whole foods, or even at home. 4. Convenience– I opened a house account, which means every Friday, you can place your meals for the week, and then go pick them up on Monday. This works very well for people trying to lose or maintain weight, because you have a yummy meal to look forward to and can take the guess work out of it. I have an outside sales job, so I just packed a cooler with my meals 5. It’s a fun place to visit! I like the atmosphere, staff and location. I enjoy going to pick my meals up on Monday and even just stopping in for a juice or smoothie during the middle of the week. 6. I REALLY like that they support local businesses by having all of their ingredients locally sourced! Way to support Dallas economy!

I was in Dallas for work. Not eating the best on the road & looking for something healthy and fast. Which I got both with Simply Fit Meals. Their beef with broccoli & chicken parmesan where great and the BBQ bison burger was awesome. Super yummy! I’m not a chain guy, so I like supporting local business. They had great customer service. Too my surprise the pricing was very fair for what you got, only $ 5 — $ 8 bucks for a meal. Felt like I got a good deal for sure. Give this place a try, espically if you want to eat healthly.

I’ve been getting meals from Simply Fit Meals for the past year and a half, and the dishes are just OK. I liked the food at the beginning, but there were only a few dishes my husband and I liked, and they got old quickly.
