I waited for 45 minutes for my appointment. I prepaid the week prior and when the doctor finally saw me she informed me she would not do the procedure unless I purchased a tube of sunscreen that cost over $ 100. There was no mention of this in the consultation. The doctor, Maryann Prewitt is a gynecologist who also runs this «spa» attached to her office and is a greedy egomaniac with no regard for her patients time or concerns. You will feel under informed and ignored. She is a bully that openly berates her staff in front of patients. Do not give them your business.

I was very pleased with the 2 services that I received. I will definitely go back. I love the dermasweep treatment. It is similar to the microdermabrasion but much softer to the skin and did a much better job cleaning out my pores.

Spa ignored my attempts to resolve a refund dispute over the phone and with the BBB.
Avoid this place! If you are lured in by their sales, NEVER pre-​pay for any services. I did and, after *they* cancelled my appointment because apparently the whole staff quit (red flag) and didn’t return numerous phone calls, I’m out $ 300.
I’m surprised a legitimate doctor would allow themselves to be associated with this place, so I would avoid Maryann Prewitt, MD as well.
