Great location and fantastic smoothies. I’m not sure why the bad reviews. I come here on a regular basis since its walking distance, and the main reason I keep coming back is the friendly staff followed by their tasty smoothies. They customize any smoothie I pick off the menu the way I prefer it and they remember my preference every single time. They also have a very good supplement bar!

The smoothies here are just fine. I normally get a 20 oz. meal replacement, but I’m not sure I’d call it a «meal» replacement since I hardly seem full after it. But, it is tasty so I don’t mind.
I go to Smoothie Factory occasionally, it’s convenient for a quick breakfast and it very close to my house.
This morning I went there at 7:30. It was a new girl that I had not seen before, she was very friendly. She began to ring up my smoothie and protein bar that I bought and she said «Hold on just one sec.» and ran to the back and grabbed her phone. She told me that she had never opened the store before and has to enter a password to get the cash register working. She calls her manager who tells her a password and it wasn’t working. She told him it wasn’t working and kept apologizing to me, she was very friendly and I told her it was no problem. I heard her tell the manager/​owner (not sure which) what I got and she said «Okay, I’ll do that.» She turns to me and says «I’ll need to take your information down.» I told her there was no way I was going to give her my credit card number. She said she would take my name and phone number and I can come back later today or tomorrow to pay. She told me it would be $ 7.57. Not that I have a problem paying, but it clearly isn’t my fault that you haven’t properly trained your staff on how to use the register when opening the store. In my opinion, this should have been on the house and forgotten about. I’ll probably be back due to the convenience, but I won’t recommend it to others. Get it together, Smoothie Factory.

After reading all the previous reviews I thought no way it could be that bad. Yes way it’s that bad. Stay the f away from this place. The older gent who works there is incredibly nice but the rest of the staff I’ve met have been absolutely clueless. The bottom line here is that no one here has been trained to make a proper smoothie. The amount of ice they drowned my smoothie in was insane. I felt like I had ordered shaved ice not a berry smoothie. This literally is on par with some of the worst smoothies I’ve had. Do not throw your money here. Good smoothies are way too easy to come by these days. Maybe they need to change their name to nutrition factor where we sort of do smoothie but not really.

Been a couple times now. Service is friendly but slow. Product is good but below par for a health/​fitness smoothie spot right next to a gym. The selections seem to be a bit smaller compared to a few others I have been too recently. It does the job if you are craving a smoothie but is a bit of a let down if you are going to be frequenting this area. Price is also kind of high for even their bulk items.

Been here a few times over the last few months. Staff is courteous, but smoothies were just blah. Key lime splash tastes like mango, and the drinks have an overly watery consistency (think sorbet float). And, they don’t take American Express…

I go there at least 3 times a week when I feel like taking my dog for a long walk. Never experienced anything negative so far. Great tasteful smoothies & very friendly staff and that’s why I keep going back!

Gets the job done. Different than other smoothie places as this is more focused on health supplements. I wouldn’t say I’d be jumping to go get a smoothie here on a weekly basis, but if I am feeling one I’ll definitely swing in.

Best smoothie factory I have been to … and i go weekly. Staff is awesome and likes to know everyone. They actually care about more than just making my smoothie. Clean location and several snack options in addition to the supplements I need.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews for this place. I came in on a weekday morning, and really enjoyed my Original Factory Original smoothie. It had strawberries, bananas, papaya juice, rice milk, protein, and tasted amazing! The space is small, but I was immediately acknowledged and served right away. Parking for this place is in the free 2 hour parking garage that it’s attached to, and there is a backdoor that goes directly from the garage to the store.

Nothing special but definitely gets the job done. Customer service and product are about the same — okay, doesn’t stand out in a good or bad way.

So they were awful before new management and they’re still awful. I went there for the first time since it reopened and there were two employees working with just two customers in there. Both seemed frazzled and one particularly moody. He snapped at a customer (who apparently worked nearby) and told her that her order for something with caffeine was «NOT SPECIFIC ENOUGH.» I stood there for a while but they didn’t even acknowledge I was waiting to order… the other customer looked like she had just dealt with some issue with them too because the guy offered to comp her drinks. She insisted to pay regardless.
One of the guys dropped a rubber blender stick on the floor, rinsed it and started reusing it. Obviously I walked out and won’t go back.
It’s sad, because in general, I like Smoothie Factory but its a franchise.

Not really a «smoothie guy» but for some reason I tried this place out instead of hitting the Star B’s right around the corner. The menu was a little difficult to navigate, but all and all a decent breakfast option. I think my choice Peanut butter something is loaded with sugar, so I am not really sure how healthy it is… I could be back since I work so close to here
