I have been ordering Soma online for years and I have never had any issues with any Representatives. Tonight I went through 2 Representatives’ that knew nothing about the merchandise and were not friendly at all. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and she was worse, I have been a gold member for years that allows me to receive free shipping. Take note, I just ordered 2 sets of PJ’s from them in Dec. 2015 and received free shipping. Apparently they reset account every year, so I am down to a preferred customer. The Supervisor would not work with me although I have been a very loyal customer, she preferred to lose a $ 200 plus sale than give me free shipping. I am extremely disappointed!

Went in today to try and buy a bra. The lady told me the store carried up to a size H and asked me what size I needed. She then INSISTED on putting me in a bra that had a bigger waist than I wear and a smaller cup (smaller by 3 sizes!!!). I told her that wasn’t my size and that it wouldn’t fit and she insisted that it would. It didn’t. Shocker. She then walked away and never tried to help me again. She also never said anything as I left the store because she was too busy talking to her fellow employees about non-​work topics… rude. Won’t be going back here.

After having had weight loss surgery and losing 125 pounds… I was in dire need of a sizing. Being very shy, I walked in and was instantly greeted. I stated my issue and that I was embarrassed. The lady told me it was fine. Within 2 minutes she had me in the back, in a room, measured and trying on a new bra. I would have left with the bra, they just didn’t have the size in the color I wanted. I had only wished I hadn’t laid my finger open on one of the tags on the bras.

I was really disappointed with this place. This is the second time I’ve gone here. The first time I had bad service but decided to give it another chance. Today I was at least waited on, got a few thing, tried them on but never got anyone to help me with another size. As I left I got a «oh those didn’t work out.» «No they didn’t work out and you didn’t come check on me for another size, so I don’t want to get dressed and come out to find my own size». Won’t ever go back. Sales people too busy visiting with each other to help customers.

I stopped by Soma for my first ever visit to the store chain. A very capable and friendly sales associate Brandy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was in a hurry and wanted to try a particular item I had read about. Brandy found my size, had me in a room for fitting and completed purchase in 15 minutes. She even tried to find sale units in my size. We do not have a Soma Intimate store close to home but I will find Soma stores in the future to patron. Kudos to Brandy for leaving a great impression!
