Josanne is just the best! I’ve been going to Josanne since 2010. She never does more than I need and always advises me of the best thing that I could do for my skin care. I just love her! I highly recommend Josanne at Spa in the City for any concerns you might have about your complexion.

Joanna, I am more than surprised to read your review! I just had Pixel on my chest and a photo facial on my face to get rid of sun damage. I found Josanne to be kind, knowledgable, and very professional. So, I wanted to take the time to review her. She spent time with me explaining EVERYTHING and recommended far less work than I expected. Looking at her high marks on Unilocal from so many others, I think that it may be you who needs to reconsider your experience. So many people have found her professionalism to be exceptional and have taken the time as I have (which is rare) to extol her expertise. I am so sorry you had a bad experience. Mine was wonderful! I would recommend her to anyone wanting work done to enhance their appearance.

I’m not one to write reviews but I felt this one was necessary. This was the worst experience of my life!!! Josanne was very rude and defensive from the moment I walked in. Her answers to all of my questions were short and extremely rude. The defensiveness that she put out made me think she was afraid or insecure about her skills. She was very unprofessional and in the end I just walked out. She needs to brush up on her people skills especially with new clients. Never ever again! There’s plenty of other places in Dallas to have to put up with an unprofessional individual such as her.

I’ve been seeing Josanne Stephens off and on for nearly 5 years. She is very knowledgeable, comfortable, and kind. As a male, I’ve always felt comfortable discussing issues with her and her work has always been exceptional. I’ve referred many folks to her over the years and have continued to hear glowing reviews!

I have been using Spa In The City (& Josanne) for approx. 3 years. I’ve had various treatments done and have never had problems. I’ve even gone in wanting something done and Josanne talked me out of it. She is good at counseling you on what works best to get the desired results. Josanne is very friendly, yet very professional. I would highly recommend her to my friends.

I have been to several places in the DFW area to have Botox and this is by far the VERY BEST! I will never go anywhere else. Josanne is so kind, informative, professional and makes sure you do what is best for you and her rates are amazing! Her Botox treatments last me forever. I highly recommend Josanne and her place of beauty, you won’t be disappointed I promise.

I went in for Botox yesterday on a special off with Josanne. I experience one I got in her room was great! She was informative and professional and administered the injections without much discomfort.
I was easy to park but I must say if there had to be a negative it was that the building itself was not in the best shape. There is a lot of repair that needs to take place inside and out.
But I will be back to see her!!!

I have been going to Josanne for quite some time now. She is professional, kind and does an excellent job every time. She cares about you and wants you to be pleased. They have a great reward program that offers discounts and she keeps you abreast of coupons to assist with the cost. It is wonderful to know she has your back especially with so many spas out there to choose from. A lot of spas just offer discounts to first time clients only. She values repeat clients.

I have been twice in the past few months and had a great experience on both occasions. The staff is professional and they have excellent specials.

This is the worst place too have botox done ladys I have never have botox not work, one watered down, two old, three does not not what she is doing could be all three. do not do business here you will be sorry.

I bought a deal for Botox from Living Social last Feb. I logged on and made an appointment on the website and promptly wrote it down in my day runner incorrectly. So I showed up about 3 weeks before my actual appointment. Josanne worked with me to get me in sooner than my actual appointment since I was planning for a special occasion. When I got to Spa in the City, Josanne took the time to go over the effects of the Botox and explain the benefits of a full spectrum sunscreen. It was great, I was treated like an individual and not just run through quickly because I had a coupon. I will be going back!

I used a Groupon and saw Josanne. From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left she could not have been more rude. I got botox and when I asked questions about this service I got short defensive answers. The injections hurt more than any other time I have gotten botox and still do hours later. I also got a chemical peel. When I asked about the side effects it was as if it a was a chore for her to answer my questions, and not until I was rushed out and walking out the door did she yell after me «wash it off in the morning» as if an afterthought. I was also chastised about my current skin care regimen recommended by my dermatologist, without any positive feedback as to her recommendations. I would not recommend going to Spa in the City for anyone.
