Spa Kneads

I found out about Spa Kneads via groupon and called to book the appt. This was just last year so hopefully they have changed locations and everyone has got to start somewhere right so that is why I didn’t give 1 star. I got there only to get to a locked door. I knocked for a bit and no answer. I realized It was actually just a small room inside of a salon suite building so I waited outside and called the person I booked the appt with Daychell and said I’m outside of the door waiting but it’s locked. She said she was going to call the person that is to do my massage and he name is Mariah. She was 20 min late coming in. The massage was the pretty bad. I had to keep asking her to apply more pressure and at that point I was just ready to go. My 15 year old niece could have done a better job and I wondered if she (Mariah) had done a massage before. I was very dissatisfied and would never go back. I didn’t feel relaxed at all in fact had to go get another massage that same week at a Different place! I would have been livid if I had paid thier full asking price for that experience. I went to Massage Green later that week where I was so satisfied I signed up for a membership. Sorry Spa Kneads but I won’t be coming back.

My husband thought this would be a great Valentine’s date. When we arrived, the couple that was leaving was explaining that they had prepaid, but they were being charged again. We should have taken that as a sign and left then.
As we went in to the room, I took off my wedding ring and put it in my purse. The two masseurs argued over who should do my husband’s deep tissue massage… they were fighting over who was more tired… we were the last appointments of the day.
One table was broken and did not have a head rest. We had to switch because my husband can’t turn his head due to a neck injury. I was still very uncomfortable. My massage was worthless. I’ve had better from the chair at my nail salon.
We left knowing we would never go back. When I looked in my purse for my ring, it was gone. Thinking it might have fallen out when I reached into my purse, We tried calling for two days with no return phone call. When we finally reached them, they said they did not have the ring.
Save yourself the headaches! Go somewhere else!

I had a great experience here. I got a massage as a gift and I want to go back! The only thing is that it was difficult to find, and my massage therapist was late. Otherwise, I was thrilled with the professionalism and care that I received. I will be going back!

Got a great couples massage by Ashley and Daychell. Both therapists were very professional and gave excellent massages. The facility was clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Horrible experience. Appointment was on 3÷04÷2015. Staff is incompetent, and firm is poorly managed. Only after allowing me to wait for 25 minutes, did someone admit their supplies are kept under lock and key, no one in the office had access, and I would need to wait at least an hour for «the keeper of the key» to arrive and unlock their supplies prior to treatment. Apparently, it has never occurred to them to review the day’s appointments, and verify the necessary supplies are available at the start of every work day. Lesson learned. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Poor service and scam artist would not leave my pocket book in the room they steal poor communication cheap service not clean rooms and bad additives !!!

Massage 80 mins ($ 40) with Ashley on ¹¹⁄₀₇
Well…a few things:
My appt time was changed from 1100am to 130pm — no problem. I requested Daychell, but when I walked in, it was Ashley — again no big deal, just comfortable with Daychell. The day off the appt I was called and informed that the facial machine was broken and in need of repairs — no big deal, was just really looking forward to the massage; she did offer a 80 mins instead of 50 mins — great!
Well, on the day of the massage I walk in and something told me to ask if the massage was going to be 80 mins? Well apparently Ashley wasn’t informed of this change and her response was «Well, she didn’t confirm with me, but I’ll do it this one time because I have to pick up my kids at 330pm.» *sigh* Well, professionally you shouldn’t tell the customer that — it makes the customer feel like they are at fault. She should have chose her words better. And not to sound insensitive, but customers don’t really care what you have to do afterwards — we just want to relax.
In any case, the massage was really good and I left there feeling great.
And the only reason I gave 3 stars even though the massage was great — was the slight difficulty it took to book my appt not with a person I wanted and the non-​professionalism — I just couldn’t give it 4 or even 5 stars.
I have been going to SpaKneads for a few years now and had a good experience and the prices are great! But I don’t know if I will be back.

Purchased 2 deals on groupon for me and my wife and I called for 5 days straight– each day being forced to leave a message on an answering machine and never ever got a call back. Now I’m dealing with groupon to try to get a refund. I don’t know now a company can have such terrible customer service to not even call a customer back. I got these groupons as a surprise for my wife and that was ruined. I wish I could give this company 1 star as I will make sure to tell my friends and family to never use this company.

An amazing massage with excellent staff. I regularly get deep tissue massages at another location, but went to Spa Kneads with a Groupon deal to squeeze in an extra. I’ve been back because the massages are amazing and now their new location takes things to another level. It’s not fancy and if you’re looking for frills, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a top notch massage from consummate professionals who know how to take care of you, come here. Daychell’s hands are a true blessing. My most recent massage was 80 minute deep tissue with aromatherapy and I am still craving more time on that table. I also love the option of a late night massage

A friend of mine knew I was having a very stressful time at work and at home. He sent me a groupon for a massage at Spa Kneads. I had my first massage there on Wednesday evening with Ashley. She was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I’ve had several massages before and sometimes they use too much pressure or they talk too much. She was perfect! Just the right pressure and talked to me a little bit but also let me relax. I would definitely recommend Spa Kneads!

I work in a stressful job at a desk all day, so a massage was much needed. So thankful I found Daychell at Spa Kneads. I almost fell asleep as it was SO relaxing. Run, don’t walk!

My boyfriend and I have had two couples massages with Spa Kneads and both have been phenomenal. My boyfriend falls asleep every time and we both emerge completely restored.
The room is cozy and the professionals are just that — professional. The massage is a head to toe experience in relaxation! I can’t rave about Spa Kneads enough… and they are moving to a new, larger locations, so clearly others are raving about Spa Kneads too!
The prices can’t be beat, too. You’re not paying for ultra fancy rooms where you can be «seen» by society — you’re paying for a fantastic massage. It’s a great choice for a romantic date night or to pamper yourself.

My wife and I first went to Spa Kneads because we had a Groupon. It’s not fancy, it’s a small room within a large building with lots of beauty related rooms that I assume you rent out. But once you’re on that table you feel like your in a fancy spa. We got really lucky with our masseuse, Ashley. She’s fantastic! I get a lot of migraines, at least one every week and ever since Ashley massaged me the first time in May I haven’t had a single one!
I now go to see Ashley once a month and my experience is always great with her! My wife feels the same way and we can’t wait for our next appointment!

Just had a massage with Daychell. Hands down, one of the top massages I’ve ever had. I asked for medium pressure and she was fantastic! Its a one room locale — very comfortable but no frills. So if you are looking for a full-​service spa, this is not the right choice. But if you are looking for a warm, friendly, talented masseuse who can make your aches and pains disappear — this is the right choice for you! Really a fantastic massage and a lovely masseuse!!!
I travel to Dallas for work and will definitely be scheduling more massages whenever I am in town!

Massage was good but bad customer service. The masseuse cancelled the appointment that was prepaid. Then when I tried to rebook the appointment about 3 weeks later she wanted to charge a No show fee of $ 35! She’s the one that cancelled. She cancelled the appointment and she wants to charge a no show fee. I spent that whole day trying to reason with her
Needless to say when I explained to my father what was going on, he said forget it. If someone is trying to cheat you out of your money they’ll give a lousy Job. So we lost $ 49. I suggest you look for another place to get a massage. Not worth the trouble.
