Good deals but questionable customer service — cashier would rather count change than help the only customer in line.
I contacted the customer service number on the receipt but haven’t heard back yet… sounds like the norm for this place.

Sports Authority is my go to place for yoga clothing. I love that they carry Soybu and several other lines that fit well and are reasonably priced. The staff is pretty friendly and the store is always well stocked.

Up until this last week I have never had anything to complain about with Sports Authority. But I purchased a bike in there last year and even bought the up-​sell 2 year service contract. After having the bike a year it was due for its tune up and I was having a problem with the chain. I contacted the store to ask what day the «bike guy» would be in and was told he only comes in on Thursday. So I planned and dropped the bike off on Wednesday night. Apparently the «bike guy» went MIA and after a lot of calls (including one with the Regional) they finally tracked him down. In total they kept the bike for 6 days just to fix 2 minor problems. The «bike guy» was so KIND that he told me he wouldnt charge me for the repairs (that were covered under my contract anyways). Needless to say, if I didn’t have the contract that was already paid for I wouldn’t be coming back.

They have a decent selection of merchandise at great prices.
Overall I recommend this place to anyone, since it is easy to find what you need and they have sales going on all the time.

I can usually find anything I need here at an ok price.
Parking lot was a little sketchy on this day. It’s warmed up so all the pan handlers are making their way out into the sunshine to tell you how they are out of gas or need to get a room at the Super 8 for the night and it’s ONLY $ 68.

Went here after an unsuccessful trip to another sporting goods store. Their items were better priced and they had as much or even more variety than other places. I like how they had a good amount of items on sale, which made the purchases much more affordable.
The staff was pretty helpful, but didn’t seem to want to go the extra mile to help us find exactly what we wanted even though there was absolutely no one else in the store to help. A little disappointing, but we found what we were looking for all on our own, thank you!
Overall, this place had solid merchandise and delivered!
