Yeah, I’m reviewing my Starbucks. Why? Because Gabe et al are the best around. My chai order is crazy specific & off-menu and my husband’s tea order is obnoxious, and they NEVER screw it up. There’s two other SBuxes in the area that always screw up my chai, and I always end up sending it back. And, and oh yeah, they’re fast too.

This is my Starbucks. The whole staff is amazing. Gab, your the best! This place is super busy during the week. Everybody enjoys what they’re doing, smiling and making perfect coffee as fast as possible. I love this location!

This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The floors, the bathroom… everything was dirty. It makes me wonder how clean their prep area & machines are if everything else is disgusting. I will not be visiting this location again.

The costumer appears to be low on the priority list at this location. A coffee bar that does not have any coffee made at 9:30 am.
When I asked for a dark roast I was told the only type they had was holiday blend and that was not made yet. I pay for the cup of coffee and the (Only) employee then goes on to take the order of the only other person in the shop before making the pot of. Coffee.
I spent more time waiting for the coffee than drinking it.

My favorite Starbucks location. We come here quite regularly and the Baristas know our favorite drinks and will sometimes get them ready for us when they see us pulling up. Great customer Service! Love the outdoor seating! Thumbs up!

I came here to this location to get breakfast and coffee earlier. I probably accidentally threw my receipt away. When I came back here after 2 pm, I didn’t have the receipt but the cashier was very nice about it. She still gave me the discount for my grande cold drink for $ 2. Excellent customer service!

Busy Bucks. Like coming here because I often run into people from my past at this location. Service gets backed up but they move it on through efficiently. On top if that, it’s caffeine WOOT!

drip coffee should be served hot or cold… not lukewarm. i guess their barristas didn’t want to start a new pot of coffee for whatever reason

This Starbucks is fine. I think that the customer service and drink accuracy here is about average compared to other Starbucks. I would go back if I was in the area and in need of a delicious caffeinated beverage.

Here’s what I like about this Sbux location: great staff, knowledgeable baristas who know the product, friendly. The store is clean, and has a cool new look that I haven’t seen at many other stores. It has ample outside seating, due to the corner location and its large portico.
Dislikes: The seating is so tightly packed in here that a private conversation is well nigh impossible. Given this store’s well-heeled location, I think they could stand a little more real estate.
Early morning vibe is very business-y, mixed in with a smattering of healthy-looking people in jogging suits.

South Lake Tahoe, CA

This is my favorite Dallas Starbucks for a number of reasons.
1. Proximity to my bubble. I do not drive north of LBJ, south of downtown, east of 75 or west of Marsh Ln when in Dallas. Although there is a Starbucks closer to my parents house at Northwest Hwy and Midway, this one is closer to everywhere else I go and easier to get in and out of quickly.
2. They know how to make my drink. The woman I grew up babysitting for passed on her addiction to me and these guys not only all know who she is, but they know how to make the black tea properly. It’s never cloudy and when i order it — iced venti unsweetened unshaken black tea, no water, light ice — it comes out exactly that way.
Thus, this is where I go. As Starbucks go, it’s pretty much the same as all the others. Consistent. It’s the Starbucks way.
