Avoid avoid avoid. Got a quote for 1 defective window. They told us we had to do 3 minimum. $ 2800 We decided to get a quote from Home Depot. $ 588 same quality glass. For 1 month solid this company called our phone 3 – 4 times per day non stop including weekends. Finally today I called them back asked them to stop. The guy was super rude. He Said yeah buddy who gave you a better quote? Home Depot! Well I guess you don’t care about quality then. These people are rude. Expensive. And would not stop calling our phone. Worst mistake ever.

I had the exact same experience as «Eric R.» last night with my husband & two small children. I’d forgotten to put a reminder on my phone for the 6pm appt that I’d agreed to set up for only a «quote» with«no pressure to buy right now». I told the rep who came to our door, to the woman from the office in southeast Texas, as well as the salesman in person. His face looked like a deer caught in headlights. We told him early in the presentation that we needed to hurry & feed our kids(bc of my forgetfulness). He said it’d just be a little bit longer & he’d «get out of our hair», about three or four times in the 3+ hours he was here. They really ARE probably the Bentley’s on windows, if you’re wanting that for your house. We personally don’t see it being worth going into $ 11+ debt for only 6 of our 15 windows(which we’d be getting replaced at the 2015 price down the road IF we’re still in this house 10 years from now). We really liked our salesman, but we did NOT like the pressure to buy last night(for what is a new small energy-efficient car, which we need more right now for our family), the attitude of the Carrollton office when our salesman called in to «let them know he was ‘done’ with our appt»(which turned into the guy on the other end making sure he’d asked us all the questions & given us all the offers possible to get us to buy on the spot), and the fact that when they say you’ll only have an HOUR appt, it is actually 3 – 4 hours. We ended up basically kicking him out at 9:15pm after we stuck to our no-debt stance, grabbing Chick-Fil-A for us all at 9:30. Ridiculous. If you want Bentleys on your home & you can see it being a good possibility of getting that cost back if you plan on selling your home(aside from the 10-yr transferable warranty they’d get), go for it. Just be prepared to just tell them, «skip to the end!!» Their windows really are probably the best possible. No doubt. But for our Chevy, lower-middle class home that we love but might move out of w/in the next few years, it’s just not a smart investment.

This company violates the Federal Do Not Call List, so what makes you think they would honor any state laws? Avoid these idiots.
