Once reserved I was called by Manager Nora. On the next day she was really helpful explaining everything and making sure all my needs are met. I had extra requests and she made me feel comfortable by telling me she will take care of those.

If you are ok with finding dead rodents and tons of dirt, dust and decaying wall board that get into your storage unit, you might be fine with this place. It’s filthy. Oh, and for this you get endless price increases — for what, I’m not sure because obviously they haven’t spent any money on this place in years. And don’t expect a partial month credit if you move out on any date other than the exact end of the month. They told me when I moved out mid-​month that I would receive a credit for the remaining days — even showed it on a move-​out receipt they gave me. But then when I later asked where my credit was on my credit card, they said «we don’t do that» and «who told you that?» Seriously, take your business elsewhere.
