I would give this subway 10 stars if I could! They have to be the most friendly and professional «fast food» establishment I have ever worked with. Very courteous, polite, willing to do anything to work with you. I had to place a large group order. They were actually closed the day I needed the order. Not only did they work with me on accommodating my order, they also came in on their off day to insure we were taken care of. Never a complaint, never a «I can’t,» nothing. Additionally, they were so courteous and so respectful from the employee Lee who I first talked to to the owner… I was just so impressed and taken aback. I find this to be rare these days, especially in fast food establishments. The next time I’m on Dallas I won’t hesitate to come to this subway or use them for my group orders. I don’t care if it’s clear across town. They have definitely earned my loyalty! Kudos! This is the subway to visit in Dallas. You may even pass a few along the way but I guarantee you won’t get the level of respect you will get here!

Thought I’d stop at Subway for a sandwich on my way home from work on 1÷12÷16 at 6:30pm. Found parking in front which is rare so thought this is great. Walked past 2 employees sitting on the patio and heard a 3^rd in the back room. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be aknowledged (only customer in store) and that never happened. As I’m walking out someone says «I’ll get someone for you» I said no thanks and left. This is not the first time this has happened there. Needless to say I won’t try again. Jimmy Johns delivered to my house within 10 minutes!

Quick friendly service– food is usual subway quality. The inside of the building is not in the best of shape but I don’t go there for the ambiance. Parking is limited but I can usually hang to the side and get s spot within minutes.

Best Subway I’ve been to in the continental U.S.
Staff is friendly and knows how to speak English. Everything is always clean. Sandwiches are made without having to repeat yourself.
This is the model store that every other Subway aspires to be.

I can’t figure out how these employees are so nice. They always seem happy to be there, even ask how your day is etc. Even if the location is very busy, they are quick and efficient.

Best Subway I’ve ever been to. The staff is great, my food is always great — and I really like the interior of the store. The large booths are comfortable and a nice change from the standard chair and table layout. They also have two large TV’s running constantly for entertainment, as well as free WIFI.

Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced! The staff was incredibly friendly and just all together welcoming.

Just a quick update to note this location is no longer open late nights sadly. I’m sure they have their reasons but I think it’s really too bad.

Subway is subway, but this one is my favorite. The leather benches are a nice alternative to the standard tables. The flat screens dont hurt and they also have wifi. As far as the food goes it’s pretty standard Subway fare, but this one carries my favorite crinkle cut BBQ chips and the garden salsa lays chips as well. I’ve been to other Subways that don’t carry them and walk away disappointed.
The people are nice and the restaurant is clean.
TIP: you need to get the key for the restroom. I guess it helps keep out the riff-​raff and the place clean since it is on the strip.

Subway is Subway is Subway. But, I still have not found another location that lets you choose spinach versus lettuce. That’s enough for me to give some props.
Comfier and nicer décor than your standard franchise spot. Big screen TV although it always seems to be stuck on the news channel. This owner put some effort into his store.
And, open til 3 am after a drunken weekend out… props again.
