I live within walking distance of this store but won’t go to it. I have had multiple problems getting in to get a haircut. I walked in and was told the wait was two hours because I didn’t sign in online. The next time, I signed in online with the mobile app at 10:30am. App said my appointment was for 11:15am. I show up at 11:15am only to be told my appointment wasn’t in the system. Stylist said the wait would now be 15 minutes. I went next door to drug store come back and there’s one customer in the waiting area and two stylists. One of the stylists calls the other customer and the second stylist disappears. I sit and wait several more minutes and finally give up. I went to the Lemmon Ave. store and got my haircut there. It took 2 and ½ hours of waiting to get a haircut. Will never go back to this store.
