Tantrum Airbrush Tanning

Have to give 1 star just to make comment but this place deserves no stars. I purchased 2 groupons. One for my sister, one for myself. They claimed they would be open late, but when we arrived the doors were locked. We were told they lock the doors but that someone would b there to open for us. We knocked even though the sign said not to, because we had been waiting for so long. Eventually, we left. I rescheduled a few month later because I didn’t want the groupon to go to waist. When I got there she barely spoke to me, just told me to stand on the cloth and asked me what the tan was for. She did not respect my wishes and went essay darker. Then told me it would last 2 – 3 days. My trip that I was tanning for was in 5 days. By time I got home half the tan had come off with my loose fitting dress and seatbelt. So I washed it off. Also, I paid for the quick dry tan and she gave me the regular 8 hr tan.

I can’t tell you how the tan is because I never got to that part. Their customer service is one of the worst I’ve experienced. I made an appointment for an express tan (1 – 3 hours), on Saturday, when I showed up nobody was there. The technician was going to be 30 minutes late so I cancelled. They offered me a free tan. When I went back in, they would only allow me to use it towards a basic tan. I purchased an express tan originally. The manager was extremely rude when she communicated my free tan was only for the basic tan. If she would have been nicer, I probably would have paid the upcharge.
From my experience when someone tries to make up for a mistake they will go above and beyond to fix the mistake. I can’t imagine it would have cost them much to do the express tan rather than basic. I would have been a regular customer as well, I found them on Groupon and wanted to «try before I bought» regularly priced packages. After two times they couldn’t pay me to go back, even if they offered me a year free I’d rather pay someone that has good customer service.

I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy! They made me look like a spotted Oompa Loompa for a wedding that I was in! The tech was nice but I do not feel like she had the best skills… This might be a good place to go if you needed a Halloween costume freak look!!!

These guys know exactly what they are doing when it comes to airbrush tanning. When you have extremely pale skin and don’t tan like I do, then you are automatically a picky customer. So many other botched spray tan jobs left my skin orange and streaky. The tantrum airbrush peeps know what they are doing and are skilled at selecting the right shades for your skin and it comes out looking fabulous every single time. I won’t go anywhere else!!!

I don’t do air brush tanning that often, but when I do I like to come here! The spray tan is very natural and doesn’t make me look orange (I’m super pale). I got a lot of compliments on my tan last time I went! I like how they use the airbrush to avoid streaks and lines. The staff was very professional and easy to work with!

I’ve been to Tantrum a couple of times and was very impressed with the results. The «tan» was completely even on all parts of my body, looked very natural, and lasted almost a week. This a much better alternative to the spray machines– the tan was always uneven, especially on my legs.

Tantrum Airbrush Tanning is a great place to get a spray tan! Appointments are required, but are easy to make via their website. I would recommend making an appointment a few days in advance. The staff was very professional, and explained all of the steps along the way. My spray tan lasted over a week and I received numerous compliments and was told I looked like I just returned from a vacation! I plan to return to this location for my future tanning needs!
