The good: Service arrived on time.
The bad: Customer service needs to improve, spoke to Ray and told him pricing over the phone is not accurate and he simply didn’t care to make it right.

Yair Frenkel was my locksmith and did an excellent job, he made sure to go the extra mile with the service provided. He was efficient and didn’t take too long to complete the job. I would definitely use them again if needed!

First time I called Texas premier locksmith was when I was locked out of my apartment. They were very quick to answer the phone and very quick to respond to my call. The tech that came was driving a company van that was clearly marked and that made me feel really comfortable knowing that a local company is working on getting me back in my home. You never know… After less than 5 minutes the locksmith got me into my house and the price was very reasonable. Since then, I found out they have a little shop on Arapaho and I’ve been going there to make copies for my place and my car. Very nice and warm service. Super recommended.

Yair and his team are simply the best! You know how awesome it is when you find a «go to guy» for things like a good plumber or electrician… Well we have certainly found our go to company for any locksmith needs with Texas Premier Locksmith. They are very fast, efficient and have helped me in multiple emergency situations!!! I am truly grateful to Yair and his team for their prompt, courteous and affordable services!

Being locked out of your car sucks let’s face it but these people made the situation so much easier!
I got locked out of my car last night right after work and all I wanted to do was go home. I called Texas premier and spoke to Jessica, who was extremely patient as I was a little flustered. She was very sweet, took down my information quickly and assured me that a technician would be arriving shortly. She told me it might be about 20 min but the technician Michael was very prompt and called me after to let me know he was on his way. He arrived in about 15 min and unlocked the car pretty fast too. So even though it wasn’t pleasant being locked out the service was friendly and fast!

I came here to make a key for my car. I lost my spare key and didn’t want to get to a point where I lose my second key and get stuck with none, so I called Texas Premier and they said they’re a mobile service, but also do in shop work and that will save me money. I brought My 09 Lexus in and it’s not a regular key, it’s the one that start with a push button. I couldn’t believe it but they had it in Stock. Within like 20 minutes, I had my spare key ready, cut and programmed. Very nice staff and great customer service.

For the first time in years, I can say I finally found a honest locksmith company.
It’s start with the dispatch, very polite on the phone, answering every question.
When I had a complicated question, they let me speak to the manager Ray, he was answer my question with a great patience.
I had a problem with my Honda Accord key.
Instead of towing the car to the dealer and pay for the tow and dealer prices, they came to my house and made me a key on sight!
Everything was perfect, service and the price. they really saved me a lot of money.
Thank you for the great service, I would recommend you to my family and friends.

I called Texas Premier Locksmith to have them come out to unlock my garage door. The office gave me a flat-​rate price for the service call and then variable to unlock the house, starting at $ 25. I asked them to go ahead and dispatch the technician. When the technician called, he gave me a different flat-​rate price and was a little abrasive when I inquired about how much more variable the charge would be. The office then called me back and gave me a flat-​rate quote that was about $ 50 higher than other locksmiths I called. The whole deal was very shifty. I wouldn’t recommend this vendor.

Made a key for me in 25 minutes.
