Texstar is a Grade A — 5 Star experience in a little older building. The entire team works together to ensure all receive quality treatment. This location is not for the faint of heart or lazy, they will make you work and will push you to the limits. The location does host three different PT workers, Lisa to me is by the best for my personal opinion. Each have a different approach, so I do mix it up to test new weakness and expand my limits. Only down side to this location for some might be it is a one open shared space. However again this is to allow for workers to tell you what to do and and keep an eye on you as they continuously help multiple people.

Stefani Wylie has helped me more than once and her goal is to educate others to take care of themselves. She addressed my concerns and worked to alleviate the pain. Then she tackled the cause, teaching me guidelines and strengthening exercises for ongoing fitness activities. Lastly we discussed simple treatments if there were any residual aches or future problems. I would recommend Stefani and her staff to anyone seeking physical therapy.

A great place to get physical therapy. Ask for Lisa, as she is the best! The space is a little cramped and they’re prone to overbooking, but once you’ve learned the ropes, most of physical therapy is self-guided anyway.

For almost 6 years now, Texstar Physical Therapy has been the only PT clinic I refer my patients to. As a former soccer player at SMU, Stefani Wylie, MSPT has a unique insight into bio-mechanics, especially as it relates to the athlete. Her continuing education goes well beyond what is required to maintain her license, serving as a testament to her passion for the care of her patients. She often hosts after hours«Health Talks» at her clinic, simply to educate her patients and the East Dallas community. Bottom line– if I or my family needed Physical Therapy, I’d call Texstar.

Complete waste of time– literally. This facility is one open room. I waited for my appointment, while the two therapists talked and talked and talked to each other about the personal lives of their last customers. 25 minutes past my appointed time, they were still talking and pointedly ignored my presence. Since my time is valuable as well, I left. If you don’t mind wasting time and don’t mind being the topic of conversation as soon as you are on the other side of the door, by all means. There are many qualified therapists to choose from, you don’t need to tolerate such unprofessionalism.
