This is a very beautiful old building located in the West End. There are multiple offices located in the building and some available space. They maintained the old look while giving it a bit of a fresh face. On the first floor there is a chipotle and an Italian restaurant. Before 8am and after 5:30pm you must have an access card to get in the building and up the elevators.
Forewarning: if you are on the 2−6th floors and you spill something on the floor, clean it up immediately! It will leak through to the floor below and get all over people’s desks or actually get on someone!
