You’re right on JP I don’t know you but I have lived here for a long time and I have to say I’ve never seen more dysfunctional management group lazy rude rude rude the manager that’s been here now for the past eight months Jodie is very rude to her staff and to the residence. maintenance doesn’t get done nothing gets done here it was better off when they didn’t have a management. Everyone is moving out I have lived here for over a decade they are price gouging people and they don’t care about anyone. This is BEYONDSAD!!! I too will be moving when my lease is up! I am only giving them one star because I would like to give them a –10. It is beyond disappointing because it used to be a fabulous property. The owners better get a grip on their management group because it’s the worst I’ve ever seen and this property has gone through three ownerships and a lot of management, nothing compares to what has been going on here for the past year since the new ownership has taken over. the district manager Bradley is even worthless. They don’t care and they have no heart! I would not recommend this property to anyone anymore so sad so if you move here just know you’ve been warned.

I wish there were negative stars. I have lived in this complex for three years, and I wish I hadn’t for the last two. I am moving, and I read reviews for insight from current tenants that weigh heavily on my options, so I’m returning the favor. «Management» has always been horrible here(after my lease was signed), but has also changed so often that you don’t know who to contact for ANYthing. I often wonder if anyone is ever in the office, since you will never get a response. We have no idea about changes, who to contact in emergency situations(heaven forbid), or how to pay rent which is imperative since my last check was«lost», even when I put it in an envelope addressed to the«manager», and followed up with an email letting management know that I had put it in an envelope addressed to the«manager», included a note with the check for them to confirm receipt, and dropped it in the drop box(all of this necessary from a YEAR of rent issues). Next thing I knew, a note on my door five days later, «balance due or else»(example of monthly torment). We have received no community letters, emails or any correspondence about anything, oh except the balance due letters, which are on most doors because you aren’t informed of what you owe. Imagine… as a responsible tenant who just wants to make the correct payment, I am having to hound the office to pay them, getting no answer, then being harassed about making the wrong payment. The property is now being«upgraded», so we have workmen everywhere, including on your balcony to paint, yelling at those below at 8am, and your front door spackled with overspray that is still unfinished(going on 3wks). Great impression for your guests, «are you going for the street art look?» We do have new pergolas!(wait, those are unfinished too) Whoop dee doo, especially when there are 20 stacked ladders lying next to it, empty pails, trash, paint shavings etc., garage doors that are bent in like an accordion, but not replaced(again, great impression), but thank you for painting the underside of the carport first? Here’s a thought… use that money to hire actual management that can service the community, and keep existing tenants happy by answering emails, calls, and letters. I am now on my fourth day without any response to my intent to vacate letter which management is responsible for acknowledging, I might hear from them when I actually move? There are so many empty units that it feels like a mass exodus, which doesn’t say much for the«upgrades» taking place that are intended to keep you as a tenant. LBKMANAGEMENT was hoping to replace the(even more worthless) staff that we had prior, to a new staff they chose, but we have already been through one manager(she lasted maybe two months), revolving others, and to date, we still don’t have a manager, and apparently we are being run by a ghost staff. What are they(3 people, I repeat 3 people) doing all day? Its NOT answering tenants, or maybe they have a lottery system and I haven’t been lucky enough… ever. If you don’t appreciate customer service, enjoy paying rent for a disruptive home, being harassed monthly for rent discrepancies, and no community relations, then this is the place for you, if not… move on and be thankful for the time and money you didn’t waste here.

Came to The Brazos to find someplace to live and and I got a friend out of it too! Tyler made my relocation from PA to Dallas as easy as it could be. The apartment is in amazing condition and the community is even better! Pool, spa, gym– it has everything I need! Thanks again!
