My husband and I lived here for about 1 year. We really enjoyed our stay. Only moved away to be closer to family for childcare purposes. Josh was always available and provided great service as needed. The maintenance team responded speedy to request. I loved how close were to downtown, DART, fair park, bike trails, White Rock Lake, etc. Overall good place to live for singles and young married couples.

I am a photographer with and have leased a studio in one of the Gibson buildings for 5 years now and absolutely love this company. The staff is professional, maintenance is exceptional. Lots of artistic people, great vibe. Highly recommended.

After renting from The Gibson Co. for eleven years I have gotten to know the maintenance guys and staff who are all very helpful and friendly. My loft feels refined and urban. It is not a «loft», but a true loft space in a refinished warehouse. There are a lot of creatives here which keeps the neighborhood feeling vital. I have quick access to the freeway, Whole Foods, and restaurants. In short, it’s a great place to live.

I moved into a loft on Exposition in October of 2003. I was able to find a great place and moved in pretty quickly. I have lived in lofts in other cities since 1985 and I really loved the place. In December of 2008 I was in the need for more space. I was able to move to another property that allowed for that. They were easy to work with when it came to lease improvements and other adjustments that were needed.
The location is great because I can easily get to restaurants, grocery stores, downtown, uptown, and even the burbs easily by road — or beginning next month the new Dart station opens and that is going to be great so that I can get to West Village, Mockingbird Station and other areas via train.
The staff of Gibson Company has been great all these years and it’s because of them and the community that they have created that keeps me here. I highly recommend both them and their properties.
