We encountered one helpful employee here, others were walking around on their phone and not in a hurry to help anyone.

First time at this location and what an awful first impression! Have asked three times so far for assistance with a custom blinds order. The third time the person I asked was actually the person who is supposed to be servicing this department. She was helping another associate with a tile display. I was told she would be over to help but it would «be a few minutes.» This after we have already waited more than 20 minutes for her. And we’re STILL waiting. If it weren’t for the fact that they have what we need (and the time already invested), I’d leave.
I admit that it’s been awhile since I worked retail but has customer service changed so much that displays take priority over sales and service?

Super helpful staff helped me locate all the needed goods for my next home project. In fact, their knowledge assisted in me buying less products and having a better working knowledge of what to expect when I get started. Prices are extremely fair and the store lay outs are much more direct and customer friendly than other similar stores.
