My son mailed a package from this location priority mail on September 21, that was supposed to be received by September 24. Several days after expected delivery date and no package, I asked my son for the tracking number. He texted me a copy of the receipt that only had a package ID and NO TRACKING NUMBER. I called this location and they happily tracked the package using the package ID in their system and saw that the package was hung up at a post office in my city. They made a few phone calls for me, told me I would receive package by the next day. Two days later and no package I called again, this time asking for the tracking number so I could do the leg work myself. They again made a phone call for me and called me back and said I would definitely receive package the next day. No package again. At this point I tried to call them again for 2 days straight and they were not answering my call and not returning my messages. ALL I WANTED WAS THE TRACKING NUMBER SO I COULD TRACK THE PACKAGE MYSELF. Today is October 1, and I received my package. I have never shipped anything from any place where the business or post office did not provide the tracking number. While initially very helpful, they did not provide the customer (my son) with a tracking number upon shipping and further withheld that information from me when I attempted to get it from them, giving me no way to locate the package through the U.S. Postal system. I know they were getting tired of dealing with me, but they could have given me the requested information and have been rid of me.

Very friendly and efficient notary service here. All employees are notaries, so getting something notarized is not a problem (unlike the UPS Store on Greenville, which only has a notary on staff after 3 or 4 pm…).

I’ve worked with Brad and the team at Lone Star Shipping for a couple of years and continue to work with them even though they are now a bit of a hike for me. The service is great and they get the job done reliably.
