Do no canoe down this river. It’s the worst ever. Lots of trash and debris everywhere. Yuck!!!

— — BICYCLEDTHETRINITYFLOODPLAIN — — - Didn’t figure this needed a completely new profile page — while the Trinity river is, itself, a bit challenged with its torrential currents and littering… the floodplain is a BLAST to bicycle. There are numerous places to enter(no motor vehicles allowed according to signage) on your bike — I ride from Corinth street bridge over past the new bridge to nearly the warehouses off of Inwood. It’s a fun time, good workout, and no DB’s trying to pick each other up…

Where oh where does all the sewage in Dallas go? The poor, poor Trinity is the victim of every piece of trash blown by the wind. I would never touch the water that flows through here! Try all day long to make it look pretty, but it’s still the Trinity!

In response to Jen S.‘s review, that’s the perfect time to dump a body! Just remember to weigh the body down. ie. cement, cinder blocks, heavy chains… you know, anything heavy. After watching many a CSI episodes, I think knocking someone off sparks some interesting creativity. This is totally j/k.

It really isn’t beautiful, well not the parts I drive over, plus during certain times of the year it has a weird dead body smell.

I’m told it is quite beautiful when it has water in it.
