Worst Chinese food I have ever had!!! Took over an hour and a half for delivery. Food was cold and bland. Crab rangoons were awful and tasteless and weirdly mushy. Horrible.

Stayed at the Court by Marriot on Market Center Blvd. The Wok delivers here, so you don’t need to use another delivery service. A plus to me. Less handling of food. We ordered Happy Family, Seafood Delight, Mixed Vegetables(spicy) & vegetable fried rice. Egg rolls, too. It was all good. Which was a pleasant surprise. Moved to Texas last August, from Colorado Springs, from Detroit, Mi & surrounding suburbs, the egg rolls here are the almost like the ones I grew up eating in Michigan. Yes, the chicken meat being in squares is different. Tastes good to me. Whenever we stay on this area; we will order from here again.

Unfortunately, I had to give one star to post this review. I ordered a dish that said it was sauteed. Funny me, I assumed that didn’t mean battered, burnt and fried in lard until the breading sloughed off like skin on an 8 day old carcass in the sun, but I digress. So, I moved onto the soup. The top 1 inch of the container was nothing but grease. It looked something akin to vomiting into a lava lamp. Needless to say I made a peanut butter sandwich for dinner and hope that I can find a homeless person on the way to work tomorrow to re-gift this Asian delight. This has to be single– handedly the worst food that has ever graced a styrofoam container.

It was just ok. I requested spicy and I got mild. The egg rolls were greasy. It will do in a pinch

We came for lunch and dined in. The service was great and hospitable. Constantly refilling waters and ensuring the food tasted great. Some of the highlights were the orange chicken and moo shu(we had the chicken but I’m sure the pork is also good). The portions were HUGE, I was blown away since these were lunch prices. We also had the hot and sour soup, which was a nice blend of spicy/tangy. Will definitely return whenever we’re in the area!

The worst chinese food ever. Ordered a general tsos chicken and fried dumplings from this place, didn’t finish it in disgust of the taste. Waste of 20 $. First and last time I ever order here.

I started ordering delivery from here and it always arrives steaming hot. The food is always good and I will continue to order from them.

Got take out from here. My dish was placed in the bag tilted and it spilled over everything, soaking the bag. The veggies were mushy. There was barely any seafood in a seafood dish. Usually cheap chinese is still good. But this is cheap all the way.

Pretty good Chinese food! I ordered the minced chicken and corn soup, crab rangoons, and sesame chicken. Everything tasted pretty good! Soup had plenty chicken, the crab Rangoon was not too heavy and was filled with cheese(my favorite), and the sesame chicken was tangy with a spicy kick! Their lunch specials are amazing! You get generous portions at a great price! Would order from here again

You get what you pay for, cheap price = crappy food. The wontons had little to no filling and were fried too long. The dumplings, both types, had a pleasant enough texture but were mostly flavorless. This was a delivery order.

Order delivery from here. Food showed up one hour and 36 minutes later! And to top it off everything was called. Except for my sprite, which was hot. There were no utensils included and the dumplings were undercooked. Also, there were no sauces included whatsoever. This includes the sauce for the crab Rangoon, which we all know needs the mofo sauce. I’m always down for crappy Chinese food but this takes the cake and is very impressive, in the worst way possible.

Absolutely the worst Chinese restaurant I’ve ever been to. Food is served in «to go» containers, the utensils plastic. The wonton soup was flavorless and the wonton were comprised of a spec of meat wrapped in a lasagna pasta and raw to top it off. I ordered the House Special Lomein. It was fetuccine pasta with bits of meats and shrimp. Again, no flavor. Need I say more.

First timer ordering Chinese in Uptown and I must say, I hit the jackpot! This will be my GO-TO Chinese Delivery while I am at work! The delivery was spot on, the delivery man was so nice. I ordered my favorite *Broccoli Beef* and it was A-Mazing. It was almost like I had ordered from MD in Addison(sit down, nice place in Addison). My expectations are always so low when it comes to cheep delivery food… but this place raised the bar! I have to say the broccoli was cooked to perfection, the soup was delivered hot. The consistency and flavor of the sauce normally makes/breaks this dish for me and this MADE my lunch hour! Keep in mind, the portions are HUGE, so you may have some left-overs to eat tomorrow… YUMMY Thank you, the food was amazing! :-D

I’m going to miss my standby Chinese joint when I move out of the neighborhood in a few weeks! The Wok is not a lot of things, and that may rule a few people out along the way. It’s not in a flashy neighborhood — you’d drive right past it if you weren’t paying attention. It’s not a thing of beauty on the inside either, so you won’t see it featured in D Magazine. What you will get, though, is good quality Chinese food the way you like it. I’ve become relatively attached to their general tso’s chicken to the point I might have to go out of the way and pick it up on my way to my new home. Their steamed dumplings hold the same fondness, and at 10 to an order I’m highly guilty of eating them all! Delivery works well — I order through the Unilocal app and the food arrives quickly and without any fuss. Delivery drivers are courteous and appreciate your business. Could you find another place in Dallas that offers average quality Chinese with neon dragons blazed across the walls and a buffet station carved out of a wooden boat? Probably. But who needs all that when you can sit at home on the couch and order the good stuff and have it show up at your door.

This review is for delivery order. First were the appetizers: dry and bland spare ribs(not covered in the delicious BBQ rib sauce one expects from delicious Chinese), crab Rangoon(absolutely disgusting crabless filling with zero crunch factor), and wonton soup(this was the best thing ordered: chicken broth and a wonton that contained no filling at all). Next our entrée: mooshu shrimp– completely flavorless, and totally watered down due to the fact the entire dish is made up of cabbage. There were about 6 pieces of mini shrimp(frozen I might add), and that’s all folks. Needless to say, I would not recommend this to a friend and my advice would be to find another Chinese restaurant that has better reviews on Unilocal.Sure wish we had done our research before we ordered in…

Firstly, delivery took almost an hour and half, but it definitely wasn’t worth the wait. The food was really hit and miss! I ordered: crab rangoon, egg drop soup, orange chicken with fried rice, and General Chang’s chicken. The general chicken and egg drop soup were very good and tasted like your average cheap Chinese place. Even though I selected spicy, the orange chicken definitely wasn’t the least bit spicy. Although not bad, the flavor was a bit«meh;» it didn’t taste at all of orange. The sauce was also incredibly runny and had spilled all over the inside of the bag. The fried rice that came with it was also just«meh.» Wow, the crab rangoon was gross. They felt barely cooked, and the filling had almost no flavor. I’m pretty sure it was not even cream cheese. It honestly looked and tasted like ricotta! This is one of my favorite items to order from American Chinese places, so I won’t be ordering from here again.

Cheap and basic American Chinese. The fact that people expect something amazing for $ 7 is kind of funny. Better than mall Chinese and not close to as good as authentic Chinese. In the middle is where you will find The Wok.

What you would expect for inexpensive delivery Chinese food. I don’t typically eat at places like this but we were ordering for a group at work. The lunch special includes an entrée, egg roll and rice for $ 7. The portions are very generous. Took about 45 minutes for delivery. Flavor is good, not over seasoned or greasy. I’ve had the cashew chicken and sesame chicken. The cashew chicken was terrible and the sesame chicken was good. This is not the place to try something new. Go with the classics that are hard to mess up.
