Christy is Awesome! She has helped me with back pain. She’s a miracle worker. I would highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Christy off and on for a few years. Each time I go and see her I’m reminded of why I keep coming back! Most recently, I got back into running and fitness. As time went on the pain in my upper back had been getting worse. I kept putting the recovery part on the back burner, and then I remembered Christy.
She is extremely accommodating with scheduling. She’s super friendly, and excellent at working out those knots and helping with the tender spots. Super professional and I love that the new location is very convenient! I second the comment I read in the previous review about her knowledge of the body being very fantastic. She knew things about me without me even having to say it!

As a runner and someone who is generally tough on my body, I value my visits to Christy tremendously! She is fantastic at getting out any kinks, knots, or aches that I have, and provides just the right balance between relaxation and therapeutic massage. Her knowledge of the body is fantastic, and her work is very effective. I know that without my regular appointments, I would be injured and in pain far more regularly! Christy is also an amazing person — her friendliness makes the experience pleasant every time!
