If there was some way to give this negative stars. even that would be a grace. These people are worse than burglars. They win your trust and enter your home with a promise to deliver and then leave half-​way. leaving you to figuring out the rest of the un-​kept job. You will surely end up hiring another company at a higher price to finish their incomplete work.
They have a pattern– Tym their construction guy will start the work, having taken half in advance. Then he will stop responding or showing up. Bruce, the owner/​master-​mind will show up to say tym has left the company and he will take a loss to get your work done. When he too will just walk out on you.
Hiring them was the biggest mistake we did and we are in every way on the loosing end. The owner, so as to say, has no idea what’s going on with the company or its undertaken projects. Trusting their word we paid half the project cost in advance and our now biting the bullet for our money.
Having a contract or not doesn’t matter with them. they can walk right over it, for all they care. Never seen a worse case of professional b.s.

As I did my home work on which company to contract to do the remodel in my home, urban edge President and Vice President went above and beyond explaining different options with me and my wife.
