The experience purchasing a mattress here was fantastic. Marshall was super friendly and knowledgeable. Urban Mattress truly cares about the customer experience and authentic interactions. Would recommend anyone to go visit them for your next mattress!

My experience with Urban Mattress was a 10! Adam was very helpful and knowledge about all the different mattresses on the market. I checked out various stores and a lot of mattresses but found the latex ones at Urban Mattress to be far superior.
Since my purchase I have had the best sleep experience. I especially like the slat system so both sides of the bed can be adjusted for comfort level. I would definitely recommend this store and their products.

This is absolutely the best mattress sales experience I’ve ever had. The staff was so helpful, making sure I found the very best mattress for me and in my budget. Don’t be fooled by those national chains, Urban Mattress also has less expensive options in addition to top of the line choices. I bought a second mattress for the guest room and it was also a very good mattress despite being very affordable. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

My fiancé and I stumbled upon this store on Unilocal when in the market for a guest bed. We had in mind what we wanted (budget, quality) and didn’t want to be swindled. We went in early evening Saturday. Jake immediately greeted us, listened to our needs, and completely understood what we were looking for. He stated the facts of the products well and didn’t make us feel remotely pressured to purchase. Our mattress should arrive this Friday, and I’m so excited to have (a) supported a local business, (b) supported a local charity in the process, and © bought a product that is eco-​conscious and locally made (in Carrollton). Pending the delivery of the mattress, I highly recommend this store to friends, family, and strangers in the market!

We had a list of places to go to buy a new mattress and our first spot was Urban Mattress. Jake greeted us and was not pushy at all. We never bought a mattress and didn’t know a hole lot on which option is best for us. Jake told us a lot on a mattress in our price range. He educated us on all the different types of mattresses. Lots of information, stuff I had no idea about! I told him about my neck problems as well and he gave us even more info on his latex pillows.
We walk out with a king size bed and 2 pillows!
Jake seemed he really knew his job and loved it and we felt like we wouldn’t get any better service anywhere else!!! 5 stars!!! And we got free shipping plus they are hauling our old bed away for free!!!

Found this place on faithful Unilocal.It was a happy day indeed when I walked into Urban Mattress and met Jake who was kind, professional and didn’t try to haggle and upsell me. I was already a bit nervous because I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for. I just wanted a good nights sleep and was over the air mattress I was sleeping on interim, as I recently moved to Dallas.
Their website is really resourceful if you’re a new to the mattress game. I recommend checking it out before heading in.
This was the first mattress store that I browsed and wanted to check out others before purchasing, but I ended up coming back here. Service and delivery was just awesome. I Iike that they’re Dallas owned and manufactured too.
Goes to show that good first impressions may lead to great last impressions. It ain’t over till it’s over. Ok, that’s all the sayings I got for this review.

It was also nice that 2% of my purchase is going to charity for abused women! Yay! Im happy. They have a 30 day exchange policy and a $ 100 restocking fee if you return. So far, so good. Prayerfully, I won’t have to do that.

Just finished purchasing our Lumina Plush Radiance from the store at 4500 Lovers Lane. We had slept on this mattress at a friends house in Destin (she ordered 6 for the house). I had to get a twin bed for my son and was dreading it. I didn’t want to deal with aggressive salespeople who would try to up sell me something I wasn’t interested in. I chose Urban Mattress because I knew they had a good selection of high quality, less toxic mattresses, and came highly recommended by a good friend. I’m so glad I did, because I had a great experience. I got a great mattress at a great price, did not feel pressured into anything, all my questions were truthfully answered, and the best part was that the people working here are genuinely nice, good and helpful people. After shopping at Urban Mattress, why anyone would EVER step foot in one of the big box chain mattress stores is beyond me. If you’re ever in the market for a new mattress, let me save you some time and hassle and tell you Urban Mattress is the place to go. Marshall, the owner, was there every step of the way. We explained what we liked, what we didn’t like, and he pointed out several options and left us alone to discuss and try out each bed. It was the least pressure, zero up-​sell purchasing experience ever. Any questions we had were met with honest and complete answers. We ended up purchasing a Tempur-​Pedic with an adjustable base, and we couldn’t be happier. We also received several extras free of charge, free delivery and removal, as well as a rebate special from Tempur-​Pedic directly. Supporting a locally owned company while receiving exceptional, zero-​pressure service — jackpot!

Terrific place to buy a high end mattress. Jake spent considerable time showing me all the various options and steered me towards a great choice. My wife and I both think the Prana mattress we bought is the best bed we’ve ever owned. Feels like we are sleeping at the Four Seasons every night. Definitely worth the extra spend. Extra note: Jake made sure the warehouse delivered our mattress to our home the same day it was received from the manufacturer. Big high five for that extra level of service.

We’ve purchased 2 mattresses from Adam and it was like no other mattress store experience we’ve ever had. Adam has tons of product knowledge and doesn’t try to up-​sale like most mattress places. It’s a no pressure environment and I’m never going anywhere else. Did I mention they offer you a beer while you shop?!

My wife and I wanted to purchase a premium Tempur Pedic mattress and adjustable base, and got tired of the salesmanship tactics associated with some of the larger chains. I found Urban Mattress online and was immediately attracted to the idea of supporting a local business owner. I am so glad I did. The owner, Jordan, worked with me personally at length as I changed my mind multiple times regarding how I wanted to structure the purchase. I felt he was transparent with me as to the pricing and financing options, and I had a good level of comfort with how he handled the entire process. Even after the sale, he supported us as we changed our minds regarding some of the accessories we desired. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase, and I could not endorse Jordan and Urban Mattress more. If you like the idea of personal service and attention, please look to them when in the market.

I came to check out this location after a friend referred them to me. These guys are great. Both Jordan and Jake are very laid back and pressure free. However, they know everything there is to know about the beds they offer. I was really impressed with the friendliness as well as their expertise. Great setup and highly recommend you come check it out. The products they offer are better than anything else in the Dallas — Fort Worth market.

I was very happy to find Urban Mattress! I purchased a Tempur Pedic pillow for my husband as a surprise. Jordan, the owner, took time to talk to me and explain what Tempur Pedic is all about. Since I was buying it as a gift, Jordan told me that if my husband was not 100% satisfied he could bring it back and find something that was a better fit for him. I really appreciate their customer service and knowledge. The problem with the big mattress chains is that I’m not sure they really ever know what they’re talking about. Jordan definitely knows what’s up! Whenever we decide to upgrade to that king sized bed, we’ll definitely go back to Urban Mattress! Thanks again, Jordan!
