My wife and I had an Italian-​inspired menu at our wedding in the fall of 2014 and Jordan and his crew did an amazing job. All throughout the wedding planning period, he was very immediate in his responses to any questions we had and was never late nor missed any of the planned meetings we had.
The food was fantastic, and the service was very attentive yet very out of the way of our guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Jordan.

Booked Vestal foods for a summer camp with more than 125 hungry teenagers. The camp was in a remote area north of Fort Worth — a long way from Vestal Foods. Jordan Swim demonstrated a military-​like knack for logistics an pulled off feeding this camp for 5 days in a row. The food was great, the service was top notch, and the price was unbeatable. We’ll definitely be doing business with Vestal Foods in the future.

Jordan at Vestals Foods handled catering for our daughter’s wedding in September 2014. Let me skip to the punchline: fabulous! Now some details: we asked Jordan to come up with a menu that would satisfy the traditional beef and chicken eaters as well as the gluten free and vegan attendees. He came up with a brilliant approach that integrated the menu — no one felt as though they were given a special menu, and everyone got a terrific meal. The cooking felt light and healthy, and was completely filling. Also: Jordan put together a signature cocktail for us that everyone loved; many happy comments at the cocktail hour. Also: all the servers and bartenders on his team are professional — pleasant, cheerful, outgoing. We had only positive comments on the terrific catering. Finally: the entire process of working with Jordan was a delight, never stressful and never a hassle. We’d recommend Vestal Foods 100%.

Vestals Foods catered my wedding Sept. 15, 2013 and my husband and I were beyond impressed and blown away by the food, service, helpfulness and professionalism. As soon as we sat down with him at the tasting, we knew we were working with a man that loves his craft! Working with Jordan plan the food for the wedding was a breeze for a seemingly stressful task. From the tasting to the day of he was there to answer any and all questions. His responsiveness and knowledge made this seemingly stressful process so simple and easy.
I cannot say enough about Jordan, Sheila, and their staff day of. WOW is where I would start! We didn’t plan the amount of alcohol out well and ran out of beer and completely forgot to bring all the mixers and sodas. When Jordan informed us of this he had a solution and before you know it we had more beer and mixers. He and his staff saved the day.
We planned on a buffet and when the food was served the wedding party already had a beautiful plated meal at their seat. The food was everything we remembered — AMAZING! When speaking with people at the wedding, there was a comment raving over the food at every table! I heard multiple times, «The food was the best „wedding food“ I have ever eaten!».
Overall, I would recommend Vestals Foods to anyone and will hopefully use them in the future for dinner parties! Thank you to Jordan, Sheila, and staff for being an integral part of my perfect wedding day! I couldn’t have asked for a better caterer!
